  I had THE BEST experience today with Bernadine. I went a little anxious, I always am when meeting with a new stylist , and had plenty of pictures of what I wanted. She was so patient and after a few minutes, she understood what I was looking for and man... she nailed it! She has been cutting hair for 30 years and it shows, she is patient, worked magic with my curly hair and I left today happier than I've been in a long time with a cut. I definitely recommend!!

  Gloria has been doing my hair for years, and I trust her completely. Every time I bring her an inspiration photo, she either recreates it beautifully or suggests a healthier alternative if she feels the style could damage my hair. That’s one of the things I appreciate most about her! She is not just talented, she’s truly invested in keeping your hair healthy. Most recently, I asked her to do a big chop using only an inspiration photo, and she absolutely nailed it. The cut exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for a true master stylist who is incredibly skilled and genuinely cares about the health of your hair, Gloria is the one to see. Such an asset to the JCPenny team! 🌹

  Staff is friendly and they cut my hair how I wanted i have gone here 3 times now and they have been good every time

  I went into the salon may 7 my stylist was Gloria I told her I didn’t know what I wanted and that I just went through bad divorce and I didn’t like how I was looking and she showed me pictures and listened to me go on about my hair and she told me she would do her best and that she did I didn’t look like the same depressed lady and I even smiled and I haven’t smiled in a long time she definitely exceeded my expectations she told me she’s been with the company 10 years keep her 10 more Shes a very sweet girl I can’t stop smiling she even told me about beauty I bought makeup havent did that in years she bought my self esteem up and built up my confidence again if I could give her 100 stars I would she made me feel so much better as a person the advice and she listens and the cut is absolutely amazing I have never felt this good walking out of a salon I have never worn makeup she is heaven sent if I ever get rich she will be my personal stylist she has a customer for life amazing stylist and I live an hour away and it was very well worth the drive to see and meet Gloria for the first time definitely a client for life I’ve been bragging about her to many and giving them her information to come to JCPenney salon
