    Great spot for a haircut! Did exactly what I wanted and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and outgoing. Zero wait and plenty of staff too. Keep them on your radar!

    I had a really nice stylist but as a black woman I should have known better, naturally my hair type is very different from their usual clientele which I was aware of but wanted something quick, unfortunately I didn’t get exactly what I wanted but I guess that just comes with the nature of everything. I don’t fault my stylist at all but I would advise anyone with more kinkier texture to go to a different salon or to specially book your appointment with someone who knows that texture well. The cut I got was nice though!

    I am beyond angry and disappointed with this experience. I took my 6-year-old daughter in for a simple trim and shampoo, and somehow ended up paying $43. The stylist offered a “deep conditioning” treatment while my daughter was getting her hair washed. I said yes, but I was never told it would cost $21. It was left on for maybe 2–3 minutes and honestly seemed no different than regular conditioner. My daughter only had about an inch trimmed and didn’t even get a blow-dry. They also tried to sell me an oil for $20. I was told it would be $10 with a discount, but I declined it because I didn’t want it. When I asked why my total was $43, I was told the breakdown was $20 for the trim and $21 for the “deep conditioning.” When I told the owner I was never informed about the $21 charge, her response was, “She didn’t tell you.” Exactly—that’s the problem. The staff were nice, but I genuinely feel taken advantage of. I won’t be returning, and I hope they understand that transparency and honesty with customers matter.
