The cashier didn’t smile, didn’t greet me. and acted as if I was bothering her. She made three pricing mistakes, and I had to ask her to recalculate. The final total was about half of what she first tried to charge. She also struggled to process my payment. and I eventually had to use Apple Pay. I hope you can ensure better training and customer service standards so this doesn’t happen again.

Ordered a same day delivery and they said they had everything in stock, yet my order was missing 4 items. The girl who answered the phone was unpleasant and very unhelpful! I depend on this place to do my job, this is very unacceptable for this to happen as much as it does.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
