  What an awesome experience from the minute I walked through the door. Kylee and Brooke took great care of me and made the entire visit easy, comfortable, and relaxing. Everyone was genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome. The spa itself is incredible. They’ve thought of everything—the wellness water, relaxing music, eucalyptus scent, beautiful atmosphere, and the massage chairs you get to enjoy during your drip. You can kick back, get a massage, listen to the music, and actually relax while you're getting your IV. It feels much more like a high-end wellness spa than a medical appointment. I came in for a drip and felt noticeably better afterward—refreshed, hydrated, energized, and just better overall. The owners were there during my visit as well, and you can tell how much care they put into both the spa and their clients. They were checking in, talking with clients, helping the staff, and making sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of. That kind of personal attention really stands out. The entire experience was top-notch. Great staff, beautiful facility, relaxing atmosphere, and I walked out feeling fantastic. If you’ve never tried IV hydration before, this is definitely the place to do it. I’ll be back!

  My husband was seeking out a place for me to get a B12 shot because I had been sick with some kind of virus for three weeks and felt really bad after taking antibiotics, etc. Went in to get my B12 shot and spoke to the very knowledgeable, nurse and nurse assistant. They encouraged me to have a drip and boy am I glad that I did it. I started to feel so much better before I even left Prime IV . The girls were knowledgeable and the customers that were there were so encouraging about their results. I will definitely be back.

  I absolutely love Prime IV in Niceville! The staff is amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment you walk in. They make you feel completely comfortable and truly cared for. The salt room is such a relaxing space and the perfect place to slow down, recharge, and get in a little much-needed self-care. Such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend Prime IV to anyone looking to relax, refresh, and do something good for themselves! 💕✨

  Victoria and Brooke are the BEST! Brooke greeted us with such positive energy and made me feel at home. The check in process is so seamless and they gave great recommendations on drip options. Victoria put in the IV like an absolute professional (I mean she is a professional from being a nurse for over 20 years). She was so kind and quick with putting it in, I was comfortable the whole time. The massage chairs, flavored water, and ambiance are great! I will be coming back to this amazing team. COME HERE FOR AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

  I’ve been to Prime IV in Niceville multiple times now, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk in, there’s a warmth and professionalism that immediately sets it apart from a typical medical setting. Brooke at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart...kind, welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to see you. She greets you warmly and offers you a flavored water while you get settled. It’s a small touch, but one of many that makes the experience feel personal and welcoming from the start. You may also meet the owners (incredible, right?) Kurt and Jen. They are caring, involved, and cheerfully work alongside their team to ensure you have a great experience. :) Before the IV, you meet privately with a nurse in a comfortable consultation room to discuss the different services and options. There really is a “buffet” of choices from hydration and energy boosts to a wide variety of wellness additives. I’ve never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, the nurses take the time to clearly explain the different options and how each works, while answering all of my questions so I can make an informed choice. Taylor and Victoria are exceptional nurses. Both are extremely knowledgeable, clearly well trained and experienced, and wonderful at explaining the “why” behind the different options. I ask a LOT of questions, and they always take the time to answer them thoroughly. I’ve genuinely learned so much from the nurses and staff during my visits. And when it comes to starting an IV, you can tell immediately that Taylor and Victoria are pros. My IV insertions have been easy and comfortable every single time. The massage chairs are honestly some of the best I’ve ever used, with customizable settings so you can get completely comfortable. You relax in a beautiful salt room with optional oxygen enhancement, gentle music, and a peaceful atmosphere. They bring you a hot lavender-scented towel to freshen your hands and a warmed eye mask (or a cool one if you prefer). Those thoughtful little details turn something that could feel clinical into an experience that feels so much more like a spa treatment. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care goes into both the services they provide and the experience they create for their clients. But what really makes Prime IV Niceville special is the people. The combination of knowledge and professionalism with genuine warmth and kindness is something I’ve experienced consistently on every visit. Treat yourself...your body and mind will thank you! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
