    They destroyed my hair Yesterday. I didn't get what I asked for she recommended highlights so I said okay. Lindsey left splotches of different colors in my hair. She then went back over with a black she then while the blonde was in started cutting it out with thinning scissors. All she could have said was she couldn't do my hair type and would have been no issues she originally wanted 365$ for the highlights and she moved it down to 180$ | didn't feel comfortable paying that much and she called the Cops on me. I never said I wasn't going to pay. Never ever going back even it is my last option.I left Crying and beyond disappointed. I want my refund. I contacted corporate.

    Just to let anyone else know who does not like thin eyebrows, do not let Sandra wax your eyebrows. I just left from an appointment and am in tears because of how much she took off when we literally discussed that only wanted them cleaned up and not much taken off and now half of my eyebrows are gone and I have stray hairs left on the corners and sticky wax on my face and in my hair. Really disappointed in the result but thankful that the hair will grow back, but not soon enough for me. I'm left with uneven tiny eyebrows for now. If I could receive a recommendation of a better stylist to request for waxing I'd appreciate it for next time.
