- LSLakyn Shull6 days ago5.0I originally started seeing Cassidy at Honey House Salon to test the waters with a 90s-inspired layered cut and she absolutely nailed it. I eventually talked to her about doing a color correction to take my hair from boxed black / dark brown dye back to a more natural dirty blonde, and she was incredible through the entire process. Cassidy was extremely thorough, honest, and knowledgeable from the start. She took the time to explain the process, set realistic expectations, and educate me on how to properly care for my hair afterward so I could maintain the health and progress of it long term. What stood out most to me was how much she prioritized the health and integrity of my hair during the entire process. She never made me feel rushed and genuinely cared more about doing things the right way than just chasing a quick result. The end result was beautiful, but the level of care, professionalism, and attention she puts into her work is what truly sets her apart. I highly recommend Cassidy. She’s beyond talented and makes you feel completely taken care of in her chair.

I told her what I was looking for and she created it. She knows what she's doing and also gives the best shampoos. Will be doing that once a week to go along with my self care routine.

A bit shorter in the front than I am used to and I was trying to stay positive about it but as I am about to start interviewing, I am not gonna lie... I am disappointed especially for a $70 cut. The photo I provided has the length past my chin (this is important because I have a very wide face) and then makes a sharp angle to my neckline. I did put trust in this stylist as I cannot see without my glasses, and even offered to show the picture again before the cut but dang... she did a great job in the back but has screwed me over with the length of the front. I was hoping it would be ok, but with naturally curly hair, the length gets even shorter once the curls kick in. I originally gave 5 stars because I was trying to keep positive but now that I am seeing the full results, I just cannot believe I put blind trust in the stylist without really really driving it home that she understood, and that's my fault. The salon is beautiful and the ladies are very chill/ friendly. I think that many will and have found success here... But I unfortunately did not.
