  When you go to a 5-star hotel, you expect them not to play games. But that's exactly what it felt like. Four Seasons Spa advertises one price (e.g., $250) and then charges another price (e.g., $270 or more), then calls it "surge" pricing. Who do they think they are, Uber?? How unbelievably unprofessional and petty. It's bad enough that the massage is overpriced at $250 and they don't even give you a full hour for that. They shave off 10 minutes. Then they add a nice fat 22% tip for you! If you want to be nickel and dimed, give them a call. For my money, this is not how a luxury property should operate. Very disappointed P.S. Consider being a good member of the community and granting local residents a break on your high spa prices.

  Amazing amenities and gorgeous facility. We had two massages. One was a waste, no consultation, barely exerted any effort. The other was wonderful though. Reception and check out can be more complicated than necessary based on who you work with. Would be lower but due to outstanding facilities it keeps good marks!

  Eager to spend more time at the spa but I purchased a gift for a friend from Dylan and he was so helpful in finding what I needed and communicating with me in advance. Outstanding service.
