- LNLianet NavarroMay 13, 20265.0A few days ago I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Sephora store. The girl who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, she made sure that was never a barrier and helped me find everything I needed. Honestly, I usually avoid shopping in person because I haven’t had the best experiences in the past, but this visit completely changed that for me. She made me feel comfortable and genuinely welcomed, and because of her I will definitely be coming back to this store. I almost never leave reviews, but this experience truly deserved one. Sephora, give this girl a raise immediately 😂 Thank you, Carlie ♥️

A yound many also assisted but unfortunately I did not get his name. I don't always get this kind of help when I walk in there but today was very good.

I have been trying to redeem it for 9 months. I’ve called the store 6 times, they carry none of the perfume I wish to buy. (And they won’t order it.) I’ve called other stores in my state who don’t have the perfume I would like, either. I have talked to customer service 3 times with no luck. I have tried to purchase it online many times but it will not accept my coupon code. I have sent coupon photos to the online “help” with no luck. So I am out of options and out $100.00 for a handful of samples. I hope others that have made this purchase have had success. I won’t be shopping ant Sephora again.
