I was so impressed with the time and care she took with me. Rather than simply explaining the process, she actually curled a topper so I could see how it would blend with my own hair. That level of effort gave me a realistic idea of what was possible. Joanne was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in explaining both hair toppers and the hair restoration treatments she offers. She answered all of my questions honestly and never made me feel pressured. Most importantly, she gave me hope that I may be able to regrow some of my hair. .

In all my 30+ years of highlighting my hair, I have never had it done as perfectly as Ana does it. She listened carefully to what I was hoping to achieve and executed meticulously. And on top of being an incredibly talented stylist, she is also extremely friendly and easy to talk to, just like the rest of the stylists that I had the pleasure of chatting with during my appointment. It was a wonderful salon experience and I am looking forward to returning a little later this year. A well-deserved five stars for Ana and five stars for Salon East's beautiful new space!
