    Unacceptable and highly unprofessional service. After a scheduling mix-up left a 20-minute gap before my appointment, I asked if I could be seen early. The stylist, Elma, refused dismissively. When I questioned this, she became verbally loud and confrontational and infront of my daughter. To make matters worse, the manager, Sheri, defended the behavior and escalated the situation instead of resolving it. I will not be returning to a business that treats customers with such disrespect.

    I had my hair done by Vic today, and I absolutely love how it turned out! She colored my roots and added lowlights, and I’m so glad I trusted her suggestions. She really listened to what I wanted and knew exactly what would look best. The color came out amazing and is exactly what I was hoping for. Vic did a beautiful job, and I couldn’t be happier with my hair. I will definitely be going back to her! ❤️

    I had my hair cut by Mehnaz for the first time and I've gotten so many compliments on the cut and it has only been a couple of days. She did an amazing job and was kind and welcoming. I don't like to blow dry my hair but however she cut it-layering it-it just falls in the right way as it air dries. I'm so pleased, it is effortless and looks fabulous! Thank you!
