- THTaylor HulbertMay 12, 20261.0Terrible shampoo experience… the back of my head didn’t even get wet, my scalp got conditioned which I thought you aren’t supposed to condition from the ears up and I left dripping wet and half brushed out… overall disappointed, just wanted a relaxing hair wash, I should of just done it at home myself :(

A stylish shouldn't be telling someone they don't want it as short as they're asking it for. They should be listening to their actual client and their actual requests.

I called ahead to request a last minute walk-in for a family member of mine and was told that if I can make it there within the next 10-15 minutes they would take her. I arrived within the allotted time but was then told that I should have made an appointment and was denied service. This was a frustrating experience, especially since I wasted gas rushing myself over there. It's clear to me that I can't trust anything these stylists say, perhaps I'll go to another competitor. One who honors their word.

Our dresser said bc I’m booked out for the rest of the day and then proceeded to say but I can take you. So instead of doing my son’s hair she took the walk-in and gave us to someone else without even asking if it would be ok.
