Cuando estaba saliendo de la tienda se encontró con un frasco grande de la crema que quería asi que se devolvió y le preguntó a la señorita si se lo podía cambiar la crema porque ella misma le dijo que no había grande y lo que ella le respondió “No, no puedo cambiarlo, ese es tu problema , hubieses buscado mejor “ me parece una falta de respeto que un empleado le responda así a sus clientes! No vale la pena que tengan el dinero de nadie

She was not helpful at all, and I honestly felt like I knew more about the products than she did. Instead of providing assistance or answering my questions, her attitude made the experience very uncomfortable. I expected much better customer service from The Cosmetic Company Store. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat.

I opened it for the first time recently, and immediately noticed a strong smell of rancid nuts or spoiled oil. I understand that this product is fragrance-free and may have a very mild natural ingredient scent. However, this odor is strong, unpleasant, and appears consistent with an oxidized or improperly stored product. For safety reasons, I do not feel comfortable continuing to use it on my face or around my eyes
