    This experience happened February 2026! I also attached pictures of the primer, you be the judge. I usually only come to this **Sephora at Kohl’s** location because it’s convenient when I’m already inside Kohl’s doing an Amazon return. There’s also a brand-new standalone Sephora in the same plaza that is always fully stocked — and after this experience, I’ll just be going there. 🚨 Most Important Warning **Sephora at Kohl’s is NOT the same as a standalone Sephora when it comes to returns/exchanges. They are not linked.** If you purchase something at a **Sephora inside Kohl’s**, you **cannot return or exchange it at a regular standalone Sephora**, even though it shows up in your Sephora account purchase history. It MUST be returned to a Sephora at Kohl’s location. Their return policy also seems extremely strict and inconsistent — especially compared to a regular Sephora. That was my first issue. --- I purchased a few products here, including a One/Size primer ($40). Unfortunately, it did not work for me at all. I used it maybe 2–3 times before realizing it just wasn’t for me. I wasn’t willing to use half the tube trying to “make it work.” When I went back to return it, the experience went downhill fast. First, this location is always hot. I don’t know if there’s no AC or if the lighting is just too intense, but they literally have fans running behind the counter for the cashiers. Every time I spend more than 5–10 minutes in there, I’m sweating. I sweat easily — but why is a makeup store so warm that employees need fans? Then customer service: I walked up to the counter. The only associate there saw me approach and said nothing. I stood there for about 3–4 minutes while she watched me. I finally started to turn around, wondering if anyone was going to help me, and only then did she come over. Her tone felt very “what do you need?” rather than welcoming. I tried not to take it personally and told her I’d like to return a primer I purchased there. She immediately said, “We don’t return primers.” I was honestly taken aback. She asked to see it. The One/Size primer comes in an aluminum tube, so any small squeeze leaves a mark — that’s just how the packaging works. She began smoothing out the end of the tube and said, “When you’ve used half the product like this, we can’t return it. We have a very strict policy.” Half? I had used it maybe 2–3 times. Then she adjusted and said, “When you’ve used half of half…” (so now a quarter?) but still refused the return. She repeated that they don’t do returns on primers. I was already having a rough day, but I stayed calm. I wasn’t trying to be difficult — I just wanted to return a $40 product that didn’t work for me. Especially since a previous associate had told me, “If you don’t like something, you can always return it.” After being denied multiple times, I just accepted it and left. --- Overall Issues: * Return policy is not aligned with standalone Sephora * Cannot return items to regular Sephora locations * Very strict or inconsistent return enforcement * Store is understaffed * Store is uncomfortably hot * Poor or indifferent customer service * Frequently understocked --- Despite whether the associate was technically right or wrong, the delivery mattered. Being told “we don’t do that here” as if I was wrong for trying to return something I barely used did not feel professional or customer-friendly. Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing makeup from this location again. If you shop here: * Only buy items you are 100% sure about * Do not assume they follow regular Sephora return policies * Do not test new products unless you’re willing to keep them You’re better off going to the standalone Sephora in the same plaza. It’s bigger, newer, fully stocked, and follows the regular Sephora return and exchange policies. This review is simply to warn others.

    La peor sede que pudieron abrir es esta. Compré una crema facial, y al llegar a mi casa y abrirla estaba en menos de la mitad. Al parecer todo indica que es una muestra puesto que es imposible que una crema venga en ese estado. Vine 2 veces a cambiarla y me dijeron que la política de la tienda no les permite hacer cambio. Ósea el cliente pierde su dinero .fatal y porqueria de tienda
