  I went to make a return here, and one of the managers told me I could not return the item due to it being final sale, even though the item I bought didn’t say anywhere that it was final sale. When I asked her if she could check, she seemed annoyed by it. She kept me on the register for a good 15 minutes checking a paper book. To then at the end, tell me that she could only give me store credit. I asked her if she was just able to check if the item was returnable by just returning it, and she said the computer wasn’t allowing her to do so. Went to a different store and was able to return it without a problem no questions asked.

  Very disappointing service. The gay employee was dismissive and unwelcoming and didn’t ask for my Beauty Insider account before I paid. I expected much better customer services

  Génesis is amazing!! She’s so helpful and patient, and really takes her time explaining which products will work best for you. Definitely ask for her — she completely changed the way I do my makeup! 💕
