  Génesis is amazing!! She’s so helpful and patient, and really takes her time explaining which products will work best for you. Definitely ask for her — she completely changed the way I do my makeup! 💕

  The ladies were very nice and friendly and gave some very good advice. They all seemed very patient as well. Store itself was not very well-stocked, so cost a star.

  This location is great. We only had 24 hours in Miami and needed a few things before we left for Turks & Caicos. Genesis assisted my wife and I and she did a great job! All the products she suggested we loved. We ended up buying way more than we thought but no regrets lol Tried them out that same night and the look was Amazing. Thank Genesis! Hope to see you next trip to Miami!

  I love this location, I am very rarely happy with service at most of these stores but their manager Roberto made my experience one to remember. My partner and I spent so much more than we wanted and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much to the staff, and especially to Roberto. A++

  Rude employee! They sold me 2 sunscreens that were gonna expire in 2 weeks, when I tried to return them, instead of apologizing the lady working at the cashier said it is not expired yet! Very rude and unprofessional! Sephora needs to consider some customer service lessons for this lady woking at Miami world center store!
