I had a very disappointing experience with the manager Julieth Pineda during my visit. From the moment I entered the store, I felt like I was being followed around instead of welcomed as a customer. When I approached her for assistance, she told me she was the manager and couldn't help me, which was surprising and unprofessional. Rather than offering to assist or directing me to someone who could, she made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience. She was talking with other tema members instead of helping clients.
Customer service starts with respect, and unfortunately, this experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope the store addresses this, because no customer should leave feeling treated this way.

Increíble personal, la señorita de fragancias Aura tuvo un trato increíble conmigo, fue muy paciente con todas mis preguntas y me ayudó a encontrar justo lo que necesitaba. Muy amable y atenta, la verdad nunca esperaría pasármela bien en una tienda. Muy recomendado.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would.
Today I went in to return a product after having an allergic reaction to it. I was polite and explained the situation. When the employee called over the manager, she told me there was nothing she could do because the product was purchased in December and claimed it had to be within a year to be returned. However, it hasn’t even been a year since I purchased it.
After she walked away, I spoke with the employee, who told me she thought it was strange because, to her knowledge, Sephora should honor returns for products that cause allergic reactions, regardless of when they were purchased. That was my understanding as well, which is why I researched the policy before coming to the store and wasting my time. The manager was rude, dismissive, and didn’t seem to know Sephora’s own policy. I even showed her a photo of the allergic reaction the product caused around my eye, and she still refused to help. I left and went to the Sephora at Westland Mall immediately afterward, where they processed my return with no issues at all. The difference in customer service was night and day. This manager was unhelpful, unprofessional, and made an already frustrating situation even worse. I will not be returning to this location.
I’m not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, but today I was at Sephora in International Mall, Miami.
One of the employees, whom I believe is named Sandra, a short woman with dyed blonde hair, and I think she is Cuban, was helping me with something. While I was explaining what I needed, she kept looking away. Then other customers approached, and she responded to them while looking at me.
I explained again what I needed, and then she said, “someone is talking to me through my earpiece,” and walked away. I waited there for quite a while, but she never came back. Later, I saw her laughing and chatting with other coworkers.
She literally left me standing there and had no real intention of helping me. And this was after I made what I consider a very good purchase of about $200.
Fortunately, Emily stepped in and was the one who actually helped me. I truly appreciate her assistance. Thank you, Emily.

No soy de dejar malos reviews peeeero...
Hoy estuve en Sephora International Mall Miami. Una de las muchachas que creo que se llama Sandra, bajita, cabello pintado de rubio, creo que es cubana, le pedí ayuda con algo y mientras explicaba lo que necesitaba ella miraba a otro lado, luego se acercaron otros clientes y les respondía y me miraba, le volvía a explicar lo q necesitaba y luego dijo "me estan hablando en el auricular" y se fue, esperé allí un buen rato y no volvió. Luego vi q estaba con otros compañeros riendo y charlando. Literalmente me dejó botada, no tenía ninguna intención real de ayudar.Y eso que hice (según yo) una muy buena compra de $200. Gracias a Emily quien fue realmente la que me ayudó.
