    Only 1 person at the cash register. Employees know nothing about make up. Line is super long. They pull you out of the line to cash with an employee if you’re using card and you still have to wait forever. Not worth the visit

    Bruno did a skin analysis on me, explained everything through and even showed and helped me choose products! I’m very happy with my experience and will try everything right away.

    Poor customer service. As I’m waiting in line for a pickup order, an employee is pulling people out of the line asking if they’re paying with card so when she asked me I explained what I was waiting on. She told me to wait there and completely forgot about me meanwhile everybody in line was already passing me and as I went to go look for her she was helping another customer and nonchalantly said I’ll be right with you . As I’m leaving , I hear her telling the other employees through the walkie talkie that they need to help more than one customer. That is exactly the issue, they’re helping more than one customer while messing up their customer service.

    Horrible customer service, never felt so unwelcomed at a sephora. On top of that I had to wait 20 mins for a shade match for the employee to rush it and get me out of her way.
