  I am normally completely lost and overwhelmed whenever I walk into Sephora, but that all changed when I met Amanda during my very first visit to this location! From the moment I met her, she was absolutely wonderful. She was welcoming, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. What really sets Amanda apart is that she makes you feel comfortable, never pressured, and truly taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who is not only great at what they do but also makes such a lasting impression. Now, every single time I visit Sephora, I specifically look for Amanda. She has turned what used to be an overwhelming shopping experience into something I actually look forward to! Sephora is incredibly lucky to have her. Amanda is a true gem, and her exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized!

  Omg! I finally got my hands on the new hourglass palette! I didn’t want to purchase online, so I decided to buy in store and test out before purchasing. The staff is really nice. They were very busy, but assisted us. The store is full of vibe and color and is a make up paradise!

  Very bad experience with the manager. I asked an employee for help, but she refused and was rude. When I got to the checkout to pay, I asked for the manager to file a complaint, and it turned out that the manager was the one who had treated me badly. Terrible service.
