I waited in line behind one lady for over 20 minutes who had been checking out since before I walked in the store and they were casually having conversation (I had to run in quickly to purchase 5 things) and the lady was purchasing what looked like to be a full stock of color, shampoo, conditioner, lightener, and other products for an entire salon. Thousands of dollars of product. I understand that is a big purchase. But only one register was open and there were at least 3 other people working in the store at the time. Not one person spoke to me or even acknowledged me while I was in there. When I asked the woman behind the counter if somebody could please check me out as I had been waiting for over 20 minutes, she looked at me like I was from another planet and said "I'm sorry, no. It's only me." I replied "you have 3 other people working here having a conversation in the back and nobody can help me? You'd rather have me leave without purchasing anything?" She just looked at me without responding, with a blank expression on her face. And SalonCentric wonders why people would rather order directly from the distributor... this is one of the reasons.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
