  It was a horrible experience. I had an appointment for 11:00 AM; I had previously spoken to a young woman at the shop who managed to book a tragus piercing for me a week in advance. I arrived before 11:00, and a young woman opened the door without even saying "good morning." Once it was 11:00, I went inside and gave my name—sure enough, I was in the system. I told her what kind of piercing I wanted, and she said, "No, there’s no one here right now for that type of piercing; there’s only one specialized nurse who does that, and she isn't here." She asked if I wanted to get it done somewhere else, and I said no—I was leaving. It’s truly disrespectful to arrive there and find no specialized staff available to do the job. I really don't recommend this place; I feel very disappointed. It was a terrible experience.

  I had an amazing experience with Rowan! Zayna was my nurse and made me feel super comfortable and the manager Jen was also super also helpful with helping me find the perfect earrings. I would 10/10 recommend coming here if your thinking of getting your ears pierced!

  I went in with my 3 month old and it was the most amazing experience ever. They were so patient and loving would be going back for my self for additional piercings. Amir was amazing he did the piercing and carol was also great she helped keep our baby calm!

  I took my two month old daughter to Rowan to get her ears pierced, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the nurses were welcoming, kind, and professional. The nurse who pierced my daughter’s ears, Valeyssa, was absolutely amazing. She was very informative, patient, and took her time to make sure the placement of the earrings was perfect. She paid close attention to every detail and never made us feel rushed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about doing a great job, and I truly appreciated the extra time and care she gave us. She made the experience so much more comfortable for both me and my baby. My only complaint was the manager. Unfortunately, she came across as rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome from the start. She also tried to escalate a situation that didn’t need to be escalated, which made the experience unnecessarily uncomfortable. The only reason I decided to continue with the appointment was because of the incredible nurses, especially Valeyssa. If it weren’t for them, I would have left. The nursing staff deserves recognition for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent patient care.

  Came as a walk in to get my baby’s ears pierced. It was quick and easy to sign in. They showed us all the beautiful options they had for studs. Emily was amazing. She made sure I liked where the dots were positioned before piercing. It went so smoothly my baby barely cried. Emily explained the at home care process and my baby received her certificate of bravery 🥹❤️. I would definitely recommend this place.
