- APAmanda Pozo5 days ago5.0I had a wonderful experience at Rowan today getting my baby’s ears pierced! Elise was so sweet, patient, and gentle with my baby, which made the whole experience so much easier and more comfortable. She was amazing, and I truly recommend her to anyone looking to get their baby’s ears pierced. The place is also very clean, organized, and welcoming. They have a beautiful selection of earrings with so many cute options to choose from! Overall, such a great experience. Thank you, Elise, for being so kind and making this special moment a positive one! 💕✨
- DDDariaOct 5, 20265.0I had such a great experience at Rowan for my second lobe piercings. From start to finish, the whole process felt professional, comfortable, and well organized. My nurse, Zayna, was incredibly gentle, attentive, and reassuring. She patiently answered all of my questions and created such a calm, positive atmosphere, which made me feel completely at ease. I’d also like to thank the lovely person at the front dek, I unfortunately don’t remember her name, but she was so helpful in answering my questions and helping me choose the right earrings. The piercing procedure itself went perfectly, and now, two weeks later, everything is healing very well. I’m genuinely so happy with the experience and definitely plan to come back!

- TEtitin emansSep 21, 20265.0Had a great experience bringing my daughter here for her piercing. The staff was friendly, professional, and made her feel comfortable throughout the whole process. It's clear they prioritize safety and hygiene, and they took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. My daughter left happy and the piercing looks great. Would definitely recommend Rowan to other parents!
