I had a special case because I had old piercings on my left ear and had surgically closed the holes on my right ear so making them match was a challenge but Ingrid who assisted me was amazing. She marked and measured over and over again to make sure I was happy with the result, she was very courteous and informative throughout the process so I was extremely happy and greatful for that. The store is very organized and clean so there is a very nice atmosphere when you walk in. The staff is very cautious, and properly sterilized. Overall 💯

Our nurse/piercer Ingrid was WONDERFUL. She was so kind and had a calm gentleness that put me at ease despite being very nervous about my conch piercing. The price of piercing itself was very affordable, it’s the jewelry prices that might get you but it’s well worth it. I would highly recommend.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
