  Vivi is very rude and inconsiderate. I’ve done my hair by her a few times and have been going to JCP the last 6 years for my color. All salons have the same procedure which is the style is included. They said this was not their procedure so I asked if they were an independent salon but they’re not. So I called the customer service because I’ve been going to JCP for years to do my hair across different cities and states and this was my first time seeing this inconsistency. The customer service line said they should honor the price on the website since it’s the company price. I told them at the salon and Vivi began rolling her eyes, refusing to speak to me and talking on the phone in Spanish saying I was expecting “free things” and laughing. She doesn’t like speaking English and told her new coworker to speak to me even though Vivi does speak and understand English. She kept looking at me so rudely saying she won’t give me free things and laughing. It’s not the fact or the price but the inconsideration and bullying she did by being very rude and hurtful. She should not be in a customer service role. The other stylish Alessandra i believe is her name is always kind and apologetic. Very horrible experience and walked out crying

  No lo recomiendo, me fui a cortar el cabello por recomendación confié, le dije un largo y me lo cortaron de más y se lo detalle perfecto al momento de la cita me atendió Aguilar singrid no lo recomiendo para corte de cabello

  The worst salon I’ve ever been to. I was told over the phone that the blow dry was $40, but when it was time to pay they charged me an additional $15 for the length of my hair, something they never mentioned beforehand. My hair is not long, and I’ve never been charged extra for that anywhere else. The haircut was terrible: I only asked for the front ends to be trimmed and it turned out uneven, poorly done, with split ends. Even so, they charged me an additional $22. I do not recommend this place.
