    Worst blowout of my life. It was honestly more painful than relaxing, and somehow my hair looks dirtier than when I walked in. Yes, I have very long, thick hair — but I assure you, it can be done properly. This was definitely not my first rodeo, and there is absolutely no excuse for how bad this is. Extremely disappointing. Waste of time and money. Never again.

    I want to recognize Adriana, stylist and salon manager at HC Biscayne, for the extraordinary care and compassion she showed me during a very difficult experience with my hair. About a month ago, I had a perm package done at the salon that unfortunately left my hair with a much tighter curl than I wanted, as well as extremely dry and damaged. Adriana genuinely cared about what had happened and immediately focused on trying to help. She personally made sure I received four complimentary Olaplex treatments, doing everything possible to restore and save my hair. Ultimately, after the fourth treatment, I still needed to cut off much of the damaged hair because there was simply no way to save it. But what I will remember most is how Adriana handled the situation. She was compassionate, patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to doing what was right for me rather than simply treating me like another disappointed customer. Adriana is also a deeply spiritual and caring person, and that comes through in the way she treats people. Her kindness and devotion to helping me through something that was genuinely upsetting meant a great deal to me. Sometimes excellent customer service is not about everything going perfectly. It is about how someone responds when it doesn't. Adriana responded with integrity, compassion, and a sincere desire to make things right, and for that she absolutely deserves to be recognized.
