    I rarely leave reviews, but I genuinely wish someone had warned me before I booked with Tiffany. As someone with long curly hair, I was very clear that preserving my length was a priority and made multiple requests to ensure my hair could be cut properly. Unfortunately, significantly more length was removed than expected. To make matters worse, the haircut is uneven, with longer strands left throughout that now require a corrective cut. The frustrating part is that fixing it will mean sacrificing even more of the length that took months to grow. While I appreciate being accommodated for a later appointment, I would have preferred to reschedule rather than receive a rushed haircut. The proposed solution was to return so the same stylist could fix it, but after the outcome of this appointment, I no longer felt confident doing so. A haircut can be fixed. Length cannot. And now I'll have to lose even more of mine just to correct a haircut that should have been done properly from the start.
