I took my daughter to get a blowout and paid $62 + tip and by the time we got home her hair frizzed up, the hair lost its volume and it felt crunchy at the ends. It wasn’t smooth, it wasn’t soft, couldn’t get a comb through true ends. All within an hour. I understand I live in Miami and it’s humid but this is not what I’ve experienced in the past. The stylists in the same saloon have done a better job. I also asked for a recommendation for a hair product and the stylist was not very helpful. The most disappointing thing is the amount of money I paid vs to service received.
