It became very dry and difficult to manage, which has been frustrating to deal with daily. I want to say my hair has been damaged period. I had super healthy hair and chose to have it done here because I felt comfortable with the stylist and the location was convenient. I am sorry I decided to go through with the coloring. It was twice as much as my usual stylist. After feeling so down every time I washed and styled my hair, I did decide to go back and speak with him about it, and he agreed to deep condition it at no charge, which I appreciated. However, I’ve still had to invest in multiple products and adjust my routine just to keep my hair manageable. I’m sharing this for awareness, because hair health is very important, and I wish I had known the potential risk beforehand. It will take years to get back my healthy hair. This was a total disaster. I’m sorry but I have to be honest. Literally every time I wash my hair it turns into a birds nest. 😭
