    I was a walk in on a Saturday afternoon and I was seated taken care of by a very nice lady her name was Berny. She did exactly what I wanted cut and blow dry. I loved the cut and style she gave me. I will definitely be back.

    I love Hair Cuttery, I wish the music would change. I’d like some dinner music or smooth jazz. The music played is horrible.

    horrible service. i asked for a copper color. showed the lady the picture. she stated she has a book with the exact color. showed it to me “marigold” okay. we agreed. i said no FLAME. i don’t want red red , i want COPPER. once it dried, i knew immediately it was horrible. beyond red little mermaid. my hair is beyond damaged and red , i have to at home pixie cut my hair. the lady insisted that its the same “marigold color” even showed me the color bottle. i have pictures to prove it is not the same. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

    I made an appointment with a certain person because she was a senior stylist or whatever so it was more expensive. When I arrive the lady says on that’s me and takes me back. Turns out it wasn’t her, she was not the stylist I wanted since she was just a regular stylist not the senior one which is more experienced. Then she changed me a “signature haircut” when all she did was cut 3 fingers off my hair. Not layers, no shaping, absolutely nothing about it was special or should be classified as “signature” to add to it. I had already came with my hair washed and untangled and she didn’t even dry it. $40 for this is absolutely ridiculous. I won’t be going back which is a shame as I’ve been coming here for years
