  Itsvan is masterful. i’ve had bad experiences with an injector overdoing it. i came in with those concerned and he heard me and made sure the botox looked very natural. 10/10 would recommend. Also the girls at the front are super friendly and welcoming.

  I was a member for over a year, but due to financial circumstances, I unfortunately had to cancel my membership. At the time of cancellation, I still had approximately $350 in unused credits. Today’s facialist was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. However, as a non-member, I was charged $250 for a basic facial and dermaplaning. While the service was pleasant, I did not feel that it was particularly special or extraordinary for the price. I was also disappointed by my interaction with the young lady at the front desk. She has always been kind and helpful in the past, but today she seemed irritated when I asked for clarification regarding my remaining credits. This was my first negative experience with Facial Mania, which is why I felt compelled to share my feedback. I sincerely hope this pricing and credit experience is not a common business practice, as I have otherwise had positive experiences with your establishment.

  Dr Itsvan is amazing. Very patient and knowledgeable. Niki and Yesi are very sweet and helpful. It’s a true pleasure every time I visit the Facial Mania in Kendall ❤️❤️

  I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who’s considering getting lip filler or Botox. They initially give you a price, but when you arrive, they inform you that the promotion is only valid for one brand. If you want a better price, you need to become a member and pay monthly. They claim that you can cancel the membership at any time, but that’s not true. You have a contract. This is simply horrible business practice and I will never return. Enjoy the $100 I lost.
