  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elite Designer Wigs! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. The service was absolutely fantastic, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. They took the time to educate me, answer all of my questions, and help me find exactly what I needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and are passionate about what they do. There was never any pressure—just honest guidance and incredible expertise. I highly recommend Elite Designer Wigs to anyone looking for quality, expertise, and truly exceptional customer service. They are absolutely amazing!

  This place was absolutely amazing! They had such a great selection of wigs to choose from, and what truly made the experience special were the wonderful women who helped me, Norys and Maritza I have alopecia, and it's unfortunately starting to flare up again. I wanted to find a couple of wigs before my vacation so I could feel confident and secure, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Norys and Maritza were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of my situation. They even shared helpful advice, and you could genuinely tell they cared about me as a person, not just as a customer. Their compassion and support meant more to me than they probably realize. I left feeling confident, encouraged, and so grateful. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for beautiful wigs and exceptional customer service.   "Tears of happiness" I called Elite Designer wigs to inquire about their services. Maritza answered all my questions and I was able to get an appointment for the next day! Today, when I walked in, Maritza greeted me with a smile and introduced me to Noris, the hair stylist. I felt very welcomed by both of them. Noris is very talented, patient and most importantly compassionate. I was so happy with the way my topper came out that I got emotional and teary eyed! It was obviously happy tears! She styled it exactly how I wanted it, that shows that she listens to what you want. She also made a couple of suggestions which turned out to be on point! I highly recommend Maritza and Noris for all your wig/topper styling needs!

  I love that place!!! beautiful wigs in every length and color. The customer is always treated with respect by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also trim the wigs to your desire and prices are more than reasonable. I would always recommend this store
