  Quiero dejar una reseña sobre la boutique de Chanel en Brickell y especialmente sobre Alejandro, quien me atendió. Su atención fue impecable de principio a fin. Me recibió con una educación, una elegancia y una paciencia que realmente se notan y marcan la diferencia en un ambiente de lujo. Supo asesorarme sin presión, con buen gusto y siempre muy respetuoso, haciendo que mi experiencia fuera muy agradable. Salí completamente complacida con la atención recibida. Es de esas personas que elevan la experiencia de compra y hacen que uno quiera regresar. Gracias, Alejandro, por tu excelente servicio.

  ALEJANDRO IS RUDE ! FIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY! I walked in and Alejandro gave me the dirtiest look ever as if he was disgusted by me and inched away. I began to assume he was security and walked to a different associate. I wasn’t going to leave because I really wanted to buy a specific perfume so I didn’t. I asked the woman if Alejandro was a security guard or something and she said no. I expressed how awful and disgusting he was behaving. She apologized but seriously GET HIM OUT!
