  The stylist I booked with? Well, Franyer accepted the appointment via their app earlier that day but DID NOT show. When I arrived, the hostess said he wasn't there and that she had messaged me to notify me, which was NOT true. I got no call, text, or email to that effect. What I did receive -- 51 minutes before the appointment -- was a reminder email, but nothing saying he wouldn't be there. On top of that, my receipt showed a $10 charge for a shampoo I NEVER GOT. There were a lot of employees standing around, doing nothing but watching hair being worked on or I guess waiting for customers. Never seen that at a salon before. Strange! If not for the no-show stylist and the charge for a service I did not get, I'd consider returning in the future. But I don't think so. My first and LAST time here.

  Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Clean, well-organized, and the staff was great. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

  I had a great experience overall, one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and clearly talented, and I’m really happy with my haircut. The only thing that threw me off a little was the process. Different people handled different parts of the appointment and I wish that was explained upfront. One washed, treated, and brushed my hair, someone else did the cut, and another person finished with the blow dry and straighten. Everyone did a fabulous job, but as a first time client, no one explained that this was how the appointment worked. Nevertheless, I would still return :)
