  Horrible customer service from vanesa .. literally started yelling at me with my baby for walking on the door mat which made no sense just wanted to yell at someone and when I asked her to calm down she started arguing louder cant believe this store has trash like this working there and after i asked manager for her name she didn’t want to give it to me or even ask me what happened , do not shop here they have no respect or hospitality

  Adrianna is the best of the best ! Extremely nice and professional she helped my girlfriend for everything she needed and more ! We live in Paris and are use to go to Sephora in the champs Élysée and we never seen such a kind professional person !

  I visited Sephora in Miami and made several purchases. In-store, there was a promotion clearly displayed: 50% off a Fenty Hair bundle and a curly hair mask. When we arrived at the checkout, none of the items were scanning at the discounted price. We pointed out the promotional signs, and the manager instructed the cashier to apply the discount. After leaving the store, we checked the receipt and noticed that only the bundles had been correctly discounted, while the hair mask was still charged at full price ($17 instead of 50% off). At the same time, a larger size was priced at $32, which would have come down to $17 with the promotion. We went back to request an exchange, as it made no sense, especially since the promotion should have applied equally. However, the manager refused, despite having just assisted us at the checkout. Even more concerning, the promotional signs had been removed and the stickers scratched off in the meantime. Overall, this felt very dishonest. It gives the impression that pricing is manipulated and customers are misled. I will not be returning to this Sephora.

  Dear Sephora Customer Service Team, I am writing as a very disappointed and increasingly frustrated long-time customer to complain about the ridiculous early closing hours at your store This is the only Sephora on the entire island, and it sits right in the middle of one of the busiest shopping districts around. The area is packed with people from morning until late evening — families, tourists, locals getting off work, everyone rushing to get their beauty products after a long day. Yet your store consistently closes at [e.g., 8:00 PM or whatever the actual time is], which is absurdly early for the foot traffic this location gets. I (and many others) have shown up multiple times only to find the doors already locked or staff rushing people out well before closing time. It’s incredibly inconvenient and disrespectful to your customers who rely on this store. We don’t all shop at 2 PM on a Tuesday — people have jobs, lives, and schedules that mean we need access in the evening. Because of these short hours, I’m now forced to drive farther to other locations, order online (which isn’t the same experience), or worse — take my business to Ulta, department stores, or other retailers that actually stay open late enough for real shoppers. This is exactly why Sephora is losing loyal customers like me. When the only convenient option on the island shuts down before most people can even get there, we start shopping elsewhere. You need to extend the hours at this location immediately — at minimum until 9 or 10 PM on weekdays and later on weekends — to match the energy and demand of the busy district it’s in. This isn’t a quiet suburban mall; it’s a high-traffic shopping hub, and your current schedule doesn’t reflect that reality. I expect a response explaining why this location is being shortchanged on hours and what steps you’re taking to fix it. Otherwise, I’ll be taking my (very frequent) Sephora purchases somewhere that actually values customer convenience. Sincerely,
