  So let me first say my review is based on my last service. I was not impressed. The stylist was risk adverse, meaning she trimmed when I asked for a cut. She clearly did not have a great deal of experience with very thick straight hair. I have had good cuts in previous visits. Make sure you have an appointment with the manager or other senior stylist

  Stood here at 1:45 on a Monday for a few minutes. Heard voices but no one came out to even check for customers. Also didn't sound like anyone was getting a haircut done at the time. We were not quiet with talking and whatnot. Guess we'll take our haircut business somewhere else. Thought we might help y'all out and get a haircut. Oh and the reason we initially came in? Spotted a walk-in appointments welcome at the front of the JCpenny. Either get a bell or keep a better eye on your front counter or we won't be the only ones walking.
