    I’m disappointed with the service I received. I asked for one specific hair color, but a different color was applied instead. It doesn’t match what I requested, and I’m not satisfied with the result

    I enjoyed my hair color by Michael. The company needs to hire a receptionist so the stylist don’t keep getting interrupted (especially when in the middle of my hair treatment). Any other salon that I have been to have receptionist to answer phones, assist with washouts and doing towels. Also the salon on Remi drive needs a deep clean.
