  I had an appointment at 11:30, still waiting!! A woman was furious at stylists for doing a poor job!! Manager never acknowledged customer,, simply ignored her. Didn't acknowledge I was sitting there and took another instead. This is second time this happened to me! Total disgust on this salon. Look at your cameras once in awhile. Sad, because Byron should move on to another company. He's to good for the crew there. I finally walked out AGAIN due to extremely poor management and not caring for customers needs/ wants in a so called salon, more like a disaster salon. Never coming back to disaster of a salon.

  I went to Hair Cuttery excited because I had finally grown out my natural hair color and wanted subtle dimension added back in. I requested a balayage with chunky lighter pieces that would look close to my natural color, just brighter and more dimensional. I even showed an inspiration photo. I was originally quoted around $130 for balayage, but after arriving I was told balayage would not cover my gray hair properly and was talked into a full head of foils instead. I explained multiple times that I wanted a natural, dimensional look, but the final result was much more brassy/yellow and flat than what I asked for. While it doesn’t look horrible, it absolutely was not the look I requested. The haircut itself actually turned out very cute and functional, even though more length was taken off than I wanted. The cut was the one part of the service I truly liked. Unfortunately, the overall experience felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Throughout the appointment the stylist repeatedly complained about money, missing clients, and how hairdressers “don’t make enough to pay the bills.” She also made multiple comments about weight and being “fat,” which was awkward and inappropriate, especially as someone larger than her sitting in the chair. I also felt like my hair was treated as an inconvenience because it is thick and long. Mind you they cut off almost 8" before bleaching...She repeatedly asked if I had an appointment or if I had just walked in, needed help sectioning my hair, and at one point even called me while I was already sitting in her chair because she thought she needed to reschedule due to another client running over. The appointment lasted almost 5 hours. By the end, I felt guilty for even being there and apologized multiple times for being an inconvenience. When I mentioned it didn’t match the inspiration photo, more bleach was offered, but after sitting there that long and already feeling uncomfortable, I declined. I appreciate that the stylist was friendly at times and offered me water, and again, the haircut itself was nice. But overall I left feeling upsold, uncomfortable, and disappointed that despite showing a reference photo and explaining exactly what I wanted, I walked out looking worse than when I walked in.   I called this morning for an appointment. Didn’t ask for any particular person. He said first available is 12:00 I received confirmation for 12:00 appointment. I arrived & have been waiting over 30 minutes. While sitting here, I received a text that my appointment is Now at 12:40 😠💩 This is unacceptable!! No one has spoken to me or apologized for the delay 😠😵‍💫
