    Horrible experience. Came in to get my son a haircut. He’s a year and half and already had 3 haircut. Clippers still scares him. Walked in great myself Kayla didn’t want to do my son’s hair and passed it on to Anya (lady with accent) . Anya ends up telling me, “ I don’t know why she don’t want to do kids cut.” Lady, I don’t know why you need to tell me that. First time customer by the way. I sat down with my son and she wraps the drape on backwards on me. Hair everywhere on my clothes. I told her it’s fine, I’m going home to shower anyways. Butcher my son’s hair. Looks like a mohawk instead of a mullet. My son cried during the clipper part but was decent when she was using scissors. She asked me anything else. I asked if she can blend it. Anya turns around and tells Jessie “He keeps moving around and she wants me to blend it.” Jessie responds,” you do want you can, you do what you can.” Sarcastically of course.. I left so annoyed by these ladies professionalism. My son’s haircut is awful but it will grow back. Bottom line, if you didn’t want to do a kids cut should have said you guys were booked or something because i felt uninvited once I walked in that door. It was not busy when we arrived . Anya you too are a mother so you should understand patience. Respectfully, do better guys. I enclosed a before and after photo .

    Made 2 concurring appointments as my mom has dementia and needs constant assistance. Arrived on time, only 1 stylist was available. I was informed that another stylist will start with me shortly. 30 minutes later mom is done and stylist was still not ready for me. Canceled my appointment paid over 50.00 for my mom’s wash, cut and dry. Mom has short hair, Totally disappointed with this salon.

    Jessie was quick, kind, and handled my request for a mohawk with professionalism and care. She got my lines even and the whole process took maybe 40mins tops. Incredible service.
