    Lady at the front desk was rude, asked for info on a walk in and about the package for dyeing my hair and she said we went over this weeks ago instead of politely explaining when i asked. it was unneccesary and rude, do you even want customers? Was unable to keep my appointment for the other week due to personal circumstances. It doesnt hurt to be nice, especially when i was just asking for information. I will not be returning again to get my hair cut here at this location. The hair cuttery in indian harbor is nicer.

    I was looking for new place for a shampoo, blow-out, and flat iron and my stylist was Amazing! I saw Ari and she made me feel comfortable, listened to exactly what I was looking for and delivered exceptional service! My hair looks Beautiful : ) I am so happy that I can't wait to book with Hair Cuttery and Ari again! Highly Recommend This Salon for all your Hair needs

    Went in for a single color(first time having my professionally colored) and a cut and trust me when I tell you, they 100% DID NOT disappoint! Charlie went above and beyond during my appointment! She’s super friendly, very knowledgeable and she took her time!! I never felt like she rushing to “just get me in and get me out!” Made me feel comfortable and like I wasn’t just another appointment on her books! All the ladies there were super sweet and just the atmosphere alone was fantastic! I’ve been to other salons and in comparison….wait I can’t compare! Victoria was the original stylist I interacted with during an event and she is the reason I even went in! She happened to be there during my appointment and she was amazing! Definitely keep these two ladies especially and perhaps a raise might be in order!!

    Lexi was awesome! We brought a picture and she gave my 11 year old grandson exactly what he wanted! We are super pleased with her work and will book with her again!
