  I highly recommend Essentials Medi Spa, from the moment you walk in the front desk team is so welcoming and the environment is relaxing. The best part is the Zen Room and Steam Room, they have great amenities . All the massage techs are GREAT! I recently also had IPL done with Tiffany and absolutely love my results. I highly recommend for any service.

  Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and the massage itself was excellent. The therapist was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. She checked on the room temperature, asked about my needs before beginning, and provided a wonderful massage. I did notice some differences from my previous visits. When I arrived, both receptionists were pleasant and directed me to the locker room. However, during my first visit, I was personally shown around the locker area, taught how to use the lockers, and encouraged to ask questions if I needed assistance. Since it had been quite some time since my last visit, I found myself needing help with the locker and had to ask a staff member passing by for assistance. I was also disappointed to find that two restroom stalls were out of toilet paper. This created an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation before my service began. In addition, the relaxation area did not seem as welcoming as I remembered. On previous visits, there were light snacks, tea, and staff available to help guests feel comfortable and informed. This time, those small touches appeared to be missing. There was also some confusion regarding my appointment length. My daughter had purchased an 80-minute service, but I had to clarify this with my therapist before the appointment began. She immediately checked and corrected it. While the massage itself exceeded my expectations, I wanted to share these observations because they differ from the high level of service I experienced during earlier visits. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I truly enjoy your spa and would like to see it continue providing the exceptional experience I remember.

  It was super relaxing; I had received a package which included a wrap massage and facial. Everything was perfect! it was a relaxing environment with helpful staff. the amenities were clean, elegant, and inviting. the saunas were wonderful. the meditation room was peaceful. I couldn't ask for a better birthday treat. thank you, ladies for your work. you all did a fabulous Job. I truly couldn't ask for more.
