  I had a skin consultation with Megan who then decided what facial treatments I should receive. Then she spent 80 minutes with me giving me the facial treatments. I was never pressured to buy this or that, or start fillers or botox. She was very knowledgeable, very kind, and very personable. The environment at Essentials Spa is so relaxing. I felt great when I left. I've already book another appointment with Megan. I highly recommend Megan and Essentials Spa.

  A Much-Needed Massage at Essentials Spa I’ve had back surgery in the past, and after recently throwing my back out, I knew I needed to call Alexia ASAP to see if she could squeeze me in for a much-needed appointment. I’ve been going to Essentials Spa for several years, and Alexia is by far my favorite. She truly listens to your needs and takes the time to address any areas that are giving you trouble, making sure you have the best experience possible. What I love most about Alexia is that she genuinely puts her heart into her work. She is compassionate, caring, attentive, and makes you feel completely comfortable. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling your best. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does, I highly recommend Alexia at Essentials Spa. ❤️

  Had such an amazing prenatal massage with Nancy and incredible facial with Meghan. Nancy really helped me feel better mobility instantly and made sure I felt comfortable the whole service. My skin has never looked so clear and felt so hydrated. Not only did those women make my experience great, every single staff member greets you with a positive attitude, smiles and calming energy. It is also incredibly clean. This is by far my favorite spa- will definitely continue to be a repeat customer!

  I really enjoyed my time at Essentials! THE VIBE: The receptionists were kind, and they offered me a tour of the facilities as soon as I checked in. This facility has separate locker rooms for male and female customers, and each locker room has changing rooms, bathrooms, touch up stations, robes and sandals to change into. In addition, each locker room has a steam room, showers and a sauna. The steam room was STEAMY and the sauna was HOT. 😂 I loved them both. They encourage you to arrive early to make the most of the facilities. On leaving the locker rooms you can see the Zen room and the meditation room. The meditation room has guided meditations playing that you can join in on, and it's a small and warmly lit space to just sit for a moment. The zen room has plush chairs, coffee, tea and snacks, some spa music playing and books you can read to disconnect while you wait for your appointment. THE SERVICE: I met with Victoria for a Complexion Correction Facial and LEMME TELL YOU. Victoria is so incredible! Knowledgeable, kind, focused and tremendously skilled. She gives incredible recommendations and left my skin GLOWING. I trust her expertise and am looking forward to returning to have more facials with her. I am certain the rest of the team is wonderful as well. She definitely made the experience a phenomenal one. After the service you can stay to use the facilities. Honestly I was so relaxed that I practically floated home. A clean facility, kind and knowledgeable staff, great services and amenities, and really nice snacks. I will definitely be returning! (Also I had seen some people say there was no toilet paper when they visited? I did not have this issue.)

  Sadly I won’t be returning here. The day started off entering into a dark women’s dressing room after I was told to head in back with no guidance(zero customer service) . None of the lights were on and I had to search high and low for a robe, no attendant to assist. The restroom had no toilet paper which is unacceptable. I had scheduled two services, which I was really looking forward to. The first service was with a specific specific massage therapist for a deep tissue massage, but then they changed the person on me with no notice and she seemed to have no understanding how to do a deep tissue massage and overall was super awkward and disorganized.I ended up ending the massage halfway through(never done this) because I agitated and anxious, which is not how you want to feel at a spa day. The room was set at 64 degrees and when I asked for the temperature to be increased, she talked about her own comfort level and needing the temperature to be low, which was so strange and felt like I was inside of a freezer. I ended up canceling the rest of the day. I’ve been here several times prior and it’s been good but I think there are key training points that need that to be updated. I won’t be returning. Ashley(manager) did sit and listen to my concerns which I appreciate and hope they correct some glaring concerns with this spa.
