  My boyfriend and I both received 80 minute Ultimate Unwinder massages. Nancy and Shalini were both intuitive, skilled, amazing therapists. They listened to our requests and facilitated the perfect session for each of us. The amount of pressure they used was spot on. We didn't feel "beat up"; we felt totally happy and relaxed. We will be back next month!

  I was given a gift card for services and was able to use it late on a Saturday. I went in early and was able to relax in the Zen room with hot tea and snacks before my facial. Excellent service with a quiet aesthetician who allowed me to relax and unwind while being pampered. Wonderful day at the spa. Highly recommend.

  Repeat cust and have ALWAYS had an Amazing, exceptional visit!! 5 STAR Alwsys!! Finally have found my massage therapist! I am disappointed in how conversations are taking place in the relaxation room. Very distracting and not a quiet room, which is the main reason I made this my Spa!! Hopefully, this will be rectified

  I have been coming to essentials for years and today was extremely upsetting. It wasn’t my service as it is always top tier but it was the inconsiderate guest in the relaxation room. Some guest need a reminder that the locker room is for free chatting and laughter. What really compelled me to interrupt my day was staff appearing to be too nervous about giving gentle reminders to the group of chatty women so the volume was loud obnoxious and very upsetting. I can not rate essentials anything lower than a 3 because I absolutely enjoy the atmosphere but I do not enjoy paying for my time there and having to cut it short because unaware guest do not respect the quiet zone and staff is too timid to say something. After my amazing service with Alcania, the remaining of my time was not a good. I hope in the near future staff is trained to redirect guest to the signs and the locker room.

  From the moment we walked into the spa we were warmly welcomed by front desk staff and informed of all the amenities since we had never been there. They gave us a tour of all the amenities available to spa guests. The zen room was the perfect place to relax as you wait for your massage. The 2 complementary drinks and light snacks where a plus. We loved our massages and then getting to hang out in the steam room and sauna after. The fully stocked showers were the perfect way to finish our relaxing spa day. The staff is constantly cleaning to maintain the areas clean and tidy. Overall an amazing experience and looking forward to going back soon!
