My facial with Megan was absolutely beautiful. She made me feel so relaxed and kindly addressed the concerns I brought up to her about my skin. The facility was also gorgeous and very clean. I immediately made my next appointment!

Just had my unwind massage and added a neck/shoulder focus service with Courtney and I feel brand new! She was so fabulous and did an excellent job! The lounge was beautiful and super clean. A perfect area to unwind and relax after a massage. The tea and honey selection was great also! I had the perfect day! Highly recommend!

Today for Mother’s Day, my husband surprised me with an appointment at Essentials Spa. I’ll admit, I wasn’t overly excited at first because I had been there once before with a friend. While the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, the massage itself was just okay.
This time was completely different.
After being sent back to get ready, I was greeted by Yatsel, and from the moment he walked in, he instantly made me feel safe and comfortable. He somehow knew exactly what my body needed just by working on my back. This was hands down the BEST massage I have ever received.
He focused on all of my problem areas, especially my extremely stiff neck that was full of knots. He even guided me through breathing exercises to help me fully relax and get the best experience possible. I walked out feeling amazing — relaxed, relieved, and genuinely cared for.
Yatsel was truly a Godsend, and I would ONLY book with him from now on. Thank you for making my Mother’s Day so special!

This place is seriously amazing. I’m currently pregnant and booked the Pre Baby Bliss with Jaycie, and she took such incredible care of me. She made me feel so comfortable the entire time and was really attentive to what my body needed. You can tell she genuinely cares. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and just overall taken care of. Highly recommend, especially for any expecting moms 🤍

My wife and I went for a couples massage yesterday
4/22/26 and both had wonderful experiences. Catrina & Chris both were consummate professionals in their bedside manner and massage skills. HOWEVER, I personally had a major issue with their housekeeping protocol. I was wearing a towel only around my waist and after a brief restroom visit came out to wash my hands seconds before planning to disrobe for a shower. The problem? A female housekeeper was in the shower area cleaning and not once did she announce her presence before I was about to disrobe. Thankfully I saw her in the mirror and quickly rushed over to my locker to throw a robe on. She left, my wife and I received our massages, and I then returned to the locker room to use the steam room. A couple minutes before I was about to step out of the steam room I happened to hear someone cleaning the shower area NO MORE THAN THREE FEET from the steam room. Anybody who knows about steam rooms knows it is very common to sit in the steam room [almost] completely uncovered in order to get the most out of the process. Had I not heard the female housekeeper cleaning I would’ve walked out to immediately go into the shower completely unclothed. COMPLETELY unacceptable and wildly inappropriate on Essentials’s part. After finishing up and getting dressed to leave for the day the female housekeeper came in a THIRD time and UNLIKE the other two times surprisingly announced herself to where I could hear it, prompting me to shout “occupied!”. At least that time I didn’t have a female in there while I was in various states of undress. As we went to leave I asked the front desk clerk (shorter female with black hair with streaks of blue) if it was common practice for them to have female housekeeping to come into the men’s locker room. Her response? “Yes, why? did that make you feel uncomfortable? They do announce themselves”, in a very dismissive, apathetic and condescending tone. How is it acceptable for female workers to be in the men’s locker room with men in various states of dress/undress? Everybody and their dog knows dang well it would 100% be a COMPLETELY different response if it were the other way around. Would they say it’s ok for male housekeepers to be in the women’s locker room with female clients half dressed or completely undressed? This is absolute bull for a company of this nature to be ok with this and furthermore disgusting for an employee to blow me off with half-witted excuses, making me feel insignificant as a customer. Did our $400 and change not warrant actual genuine concern and proper response/solutions? This is messed up and has put a terrible taste in my mouth with this place. Everybody says during a negative review that “I’m telling everybody I know about this…”, but I actually am. Nobody EVER deserves to be made to feel uncomfortable like this. We’ve been loyal customers at Essentials for the past year+ but will not be returning since this business does not value customer privacy or basic decency. Beware people!
