  The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately The massage I had today was very lackluster. I booked a 50 min deep tissue massage and felt like I got more of physical assessment than a massage. The area I circled on the sheet and spoke about with the therapist never even got massaged which made me feel very disappointed. I kept thinking she would go back to it but then she placed the robe on me and told me to get dressed. She taught me muscles I should strengthen instead which sure that is helpful but I am here for a massage.. I left the massage nearly in tears feeling more frustrated over the $240 spent vs relaxed or improvement of my muscle tension.

  Had a good overall experience. Tricia was my assigned massage therapist and did a fantastic job. I walked in with a pulled muscle and a bit of pain, walked out refreshed and ready to get back to life. Tricia handled identification of the muscle(s) that seemed to have the most tension and worked them right out. With precise movements of her hands and elbows, it seemed like she unfolded the deep tissue that was causing the most pain resulting in a result far better outcome than I had anticipated. Isla Bella has an incredibly talented professional in their service and I was grateful to have been able to be a client of hers. Not only was she able to precisely pinpoint the areas that seemed to cause my discomfort, she was able to educate me on what the muscles would do and what to expect in the event of strains later. It's amazing what a real and experienced masseuse is capable of accomplishing. Additionaly, a negative review was mentioned by a different patron, likely from long ago, pertaining to the young lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Katie. She was warm and welcoming and escorted me to the back where the journey into relaxation began. Thank you, ladies for an awesome experience, this spa has some great talent!

  Muito caro, contratei uma massagem deep foi me entregue uma relaxante! O espaço é incrível mas não vale a pena o dinheiro 300$ US por uma massagem relaxante e ainda ser obrigado a pagar 24% tip Pesquise fora do resort tem optimo locais a 3 min e com qualidade

  I did a Pore Perfecting facial with Patty , and the experience was wonderful! I am a local, and in my opinion, the facilities are the best on the island. I spent a few minutes in the steam room before my facial, and it was just what the doctor ordered. Patty was amazing! Extractions were quick, and she used several products and tools to maximize relaxation and leave my face feeling renewed. If you're looking to get pampered, book an appointment with Patty!

  Nicole did a 30 minute massage for both my mother and I and was absolutely wonderful😀 One of the best parts of the trip!
