  Honest Review Please make sure to check your products carefully before leaving the store, whether they're on sale or not. My experience with the store manager was disappointing. During last month's sale, I purchased a product that the staff member handed directly to me from the shelf, so I didn't think to inspect it. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered it was defective. I returned to the store within the return period stated on the receipt. At first, the manager told me that discounted items couldn't be exchanged. However, after I showed her the receipt, which clearly states that defective items can be considered for exchange within 30 days, she agreed to replace it. What bothered me was the explanation she gave. She said that a product is only considered defective if it doesn't work on the face, implying that manufacturing defects or flaws in the product itself don't count. I found that reasoning surprising. To me, defective merchandise simply means a product that is faulty or not fit for its intended use. Although she eventually gave me a replacement, it wasn't the same product, and I felt as though I had to settle for something different because of their mistake. I didn't want to argue further, so I accepted it. I want to point out that the staff member who originally helped me was polite, and I believe the defective item was an honest mistake. My concern is with the way the situation was handled by the store manager. Customers shouldn't be given incorrect explanations about a store's own policy. Some people may say, "It was a discounted item," but every dollar we spend matters. Whether it's $10 or $30, it's about honoring the commitment printed on the receipt and treating customers fairly. I hope the store ensures that its managers are well informed about the return policy and handle defective merchandise consistently and professionally.Her policy definition was extremely poor.

  The Cosmetics Company Store of Estee Lauder located in LUTZ, Florida 33559 is about the best branch of the chain of E L Cosmetics Company Stores one can patronize. I was indeed pleasantly surprised after my experience there yesterday. Though I have patronized other Cosmetics Company Stores of Estee Lauder in Florida before, apart from a few employees who earlier rendered very good service; and I must add that those employees left for other positions in December 2020 and also in 2025, this is indeed the best store now (located in LUTZ, Florida 33559) that ranks number one on my list of Cosmetic Company Stores of Estee Lauder. I was indeed fortunate to have Ms. Rachel attend to me all the way and her customer service skills were second to none. She was most friendly, polite, professional, personable, cooperative, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient; and her service was first class, outstanding and splendid in every respect. One could not ask for more. The Store Manager, Ms. Sabet is also to be commended for running the store so ably and encouraging and appreciating her employees to perform well. From now on this will be my go-to-store of all the EL Cosmetic Company Stores in Florida for all my needs. Even when placing telephone orders for delivery by UPS, this store now stands in first position, of all the Estee Lauder Cosmetic Company stores I have had experience with. I am truly gratified for having found Ms. Rachel at this store and for the excellent service received. If I could grant 10 stars instead of 5 stars I certainly would !
