    I had Kymber Smith as a delightful stylist who really seems to know what guys want when it comes to a custom cut that looks good. She was quick and yet conscientious. She was personable and seemed to enjoy chatting about whatever came to mind as if talking to a friend. I definitely would recommend her for a quality experience at Hair Cuttery.

    I was in desperate need of some new color and Emily was able to get me in at the last minute. She was friendly, funny and a Disney lover but most of all she really knew her stuff. She gave me exactly what I needed without really having to tell her. Thank you Emily for squeezing me in and for the great conversation.

    Emily is great. I love my hair and look forward to future appointments. The color project was so good! I’m transitioning to gray. She had to undo the damage and weird colors that my hair has accumulated over the years. She knows what she’s doing! I left with very healthy and natural looking color and style.

    I’m terrible with names but my stylist had some cool hair! I believe your name was Serenity. 🫶 Called the same day which was very lucky for myself seeing how I had slime stuck in my hair LOL My stylist gave me great options and tips and tricks about what to do with my hair. Honestly, I took most the recommendations and I’m glad I did because I absolutely love how my hair turned out! My Conversations with my stylist is absolutely great! I loved being able to just talk and connect with the person doing my hair. Thank you for a wonderful service, getting me in so quickly. And all of the advice and opinions I was given. 💕

    This morning I called and made an appointment for my friend who is disabled and needed their shoulder length curly hair washed and blown out straight. I was told over the phone that this cost would be 45. I made the appt. The stylist who did her service was great. When I went to pay, the same person who answered the phone and gave me the price of 45 went over to the stylist while he was checking me out, pushed him to the side, and over-rode the price and stated I now owed them 58 because when they straightened her shoulder length curly hair, it blew straight above the bra line - I told her that my friend was on a fixed income and that she already told me what the price was and it wasn’t right that she jumped in while I was paying to charge me 13 more - did I pay it - of course - it’s a service - should they be ashamed at themselves - YES - Never going back. NOT COOL
