I did not even have a bag on me or anything. So rude and unprofessional i will go to the one in st.pete that doesnt do that! Stop hiring losers🤏🏽

- DDDeveny DevenyJul 28, 20212.0I was in the store and over heard a few customers in the store saying they were not professionals. Meaning not in the biz. Then they shopped the store buying items. I thought salon centric was PRO WITH LIC ONLY. Any ways( the manager) as they checked out gave them samples and was very nice. I am a VERY frequent shopper and I am a professional. I am hardly ever offered sample's and i am a PRO. I am confused. Most of the time when i am at the store i am not treated kindly by the manger. And if so its 100% fake or she is rolling her eyes. Or being slightly rude... Anyways just thought someone would care as PRO. ✌

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
