  I set an appointment with Abby High because she was highly recommended and had amazing reviews. I waited over 2 months for my appointment and made plans with family from out of town and a photographer for that day. Abby texted me 2 hours before my appointment with unfortunate news that I needed to reschedule. My boyfriend paid $150 for the photographer to reschedule at the last minute. The rescheduled appointment is for tomorrow- she just texted me and said she can't take new clients and offered recommendations if needed. I let her know that I hope her situation improves and also let her know how this situation negatively affected me- the $150 for the photographer and that my family is going back to Ohio Sunday and asked if there's anyone with her talent that may be available tomorrow. After the text was sent, it looks like she didn't get the message. I tried to call and it went straight to voice-mail. I'm now scrambling to find a last minute appointment with someone I have never met. Thanks Abby. I genuinely hope you get it together and that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

  Moving is never easy and finding the right hair stylist ranks as one those things you just hope you can connect and find! I'm so lucky to have found Toni Luzar! She is the best! Whether I'm keeping it long or going short, coloring and style I always feel amazing! Thank you!
