The person working here, whose name I can’t quite recall—I think it was Marina or Marisa, something like that—is utterly incompetent. I own a salon, have my license, and obviously, my employees’ licenses as well. I gave her everyone’s phone number, showed her the salon, and explained everything she needed to know. But she just kept saying, “It doesn’t show up there.” There was a point where I thought she was deliberately trying to sabotage my business and by the way never come here again.

I understand having security for stylists but full on interrogation and a negative attitude towards patrons is not necessary.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.

Store purchases can be returned with a valid receipt. Online orders up to $150 can be returned to the local store within 90 days, except electrical items and shears which have a 60-day return window and are refunded as store gift cards.
