  Reese is that girl, she knows exactly what to do and delivers exceptionally every single time I see her. Been consistently going to her for the past 5 years, done lots of experimental colors/styles and my hair is STILL very healthy because she cares! She's an amazing person in general! 100% recommend. Can't wait to be in her chair again ❤️‍🔥

  What day I had!!!! I needed self care as a single mom who found herself with a few hours to spare. I WALKED IN to Hair Cuttery after my grocery run and Gabby was ready and more than willing to bring this momma back to life. Kind, courteous and professional!

  I come every few months to get my hair done by my stylist Jasmine, and she is always amazing!! Booking an appointment with her is always easy, and I can usually get in as soon as the next day, which I love because my schedule is always super busy. Jasmine always does such a great job, and I always leave loving my hair! The staff is also super friendly and welcoming. I’ve recommended this place to my friends and family and will definitely continue coming back :)

  I took mom in for a haircut and Marie did a fabulous job, she is the woman for short hair. She was so patient with mom and her Alzheimer’s. The other stylists in the salon were so sweet and kind and made for a fun time for us. I hadn’t enjoyed being in a salon that much in years!

  Don’t come here. Complete disaster. butchered my cut, and management didn't care. I called ahead specifically looking for my regular stylist, only to find out she was gone. Being alternative, I asked who on staff was most qualified to handle a mullet/shag haircut and was paired with Jasmine. During my consultation with Jasmine I showed her photos of my old cuts, explicitly stating three things: I did not want to take off my length, I did not want a straight-across blunt cut with my layers, and I wanted my fringe heavily texturized. She agreed to everything, and I also reminded her about my undercut. After a wash, treatment, and time under the dryer, she began cutting. Without warning, she pulled my hair forward and hacked off at least 4 inches from my longest layer, leaving it immensely lopsided and uneven. When I reacted, she casually claimed she’d "blow dry it and cut in the layers" and told me "it’s cute." By this point, I could see the severe uneven anns botched cut and stopped her, getting upset enough to start sobbing in the chair. Her response? "You don't have to pay, I don't even care," and told me I could just leave. When I demanded to speak to the manager instead of letting the stylist handle it, she brought the manager to the front. The woman who stayed was the manager Reese, asked to see the reference photo, glanced at my hair, and dismissed the situation with a lazy, "Yeah, you don't have to pay." Jasmine repeated right in front of the manager, "She doesn't have to pay, I don't even care, I could have consulted better I guess " and the manager actually told me to come back in 6 to 12 weeks so she could fix it?!! I don’t even think I even got I’m sorry from either of them. I was too upset to even notice and just wanted to leave. Not only did this completely ruin my hair, but I also had to immediately go elsewhere and pay another salon to fix the damage. If a stylist doesn't know how to execute a specific haircut, they need to learn to say "no" instead of taking it on and destroying someone's hair. Avoid this place at all costs. I will never come back, and I genuinely hope that Jasmine doesn't do this to anyone else.
