- NMNova Morales4 days ago1.0I’ve been coming to this location for a little over two years now. If you look through my past reviews - you will see this is my first bad review. I had great experiences with staff in the past and they were always extremely friendly and helpful. The past two times I’ve gone back to this location recently I’ve felt extremely dismissed and ignored by the employees. I’ve seen the same treatment towards other customers. Today really took the cake when I came in for an exchange. I looked at the stores policy before leaving my house to avoid any problems. You are able to look up past transactions on your account and use that as proof of purchase. The lady who helped me immediately has an attitude after I stated I needed to do an exchange. Asked me for receipt - I said I don’t have it I have my proof of purchase on my account with them. She immediately shut me down and said due to policy they can only use paper receipts… She began to get defensive when I’m not even showing I’m upset. Didn’t touch the computer once to even attempt to find a way to look up my account she just has her hands in the air and her lip quivering. I tell her okay have a good day and I leave. I decide to take a look at the app and what do you know! You’re able to find your receipt on there. I turn around so I don’t waste the 20 minute drive I took over there and I show her the receipt and she only then apologizes because she didn’t know how to do that… My problem isn’t not knowing , it’s the fact she was so stern and DOUBLED DOWN about it being “company policy” when she doesn’t seem to know anything about what their policy is. The smiles and apology only fix so much when this has been a reoccurring thing where the employees seem stressed ,miserable, and unhappy to help.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
