I use to love this place and would drive an hour to get here, but I am very much over it now. Whatever management is doing to their employees they can't seem to keep them employed. They've cancelled my appointments multiple times and they wont accommodate me for the inconvenience. I originally had a appt this Thursday and was forced to change to today. Now I am not feeling well and I am still open to Thursday they just said 'we are super busy Thursday' no shit I had an appointment.... Let's sprinkle on top that the last new girl left me burned.
Talia is wonderful. She’s professional and personable, and very informative. Great experience. Highly recommended.

I sent 3 emails to the provided email address and requested to cancel my membership on January 24th. As required I expected to be charged one last time for the month of March. Not a problem. That's what the contract says. Well, I ended up being charged again in April then two charges now in May. I have now sent 4 emails requesting to cancel my membership and to please confirm that they've received my cancellation. I've also contacted the local office and they promised that they would communicate my cancellation. Thank goodness my bank will refuse the charges but i don't want to deal with this every month when I followed the required steps to cancel. Don't get into contract with these people because they will not honor their agreement.
I had been searching for the perfect place for a manicure and pedicure, and I’m so glad I finally found it. Miriam and Yari do an outstanding job. The customer service is excellent, the space is clean, comfortable, and inviting, and there’s plenty of convenient parking.
Yari’s facials are truly exceptional, so relaxing they take you to another level. Everything is neat, professional, and simply excellent.
My experience with Pampered Peach Waxing Studio was disappointing, specifically when it came to customer service and billing. After I found out my esthetician was no longer working here I decided I no longer wanted to continue with services and needed to cancel my membership.
To be fair, the estheticians themselves were always pleasant and professional. The issue seems to be with how the business is managed.
I contacted them in writing to cancel my membership and expected a straightforward, professional response. Instead, the only reply I received was “why do you want to cancel,” with no greeting or acknowledgment of my request. I followed up again and clearly asked for the membership to be canceled. At that point, the interaction felt unprofessional. A customer shouldn’t have to justify canceling a membership, especially when the request was already made clearly and in writing.
Despite that, I was still charged the following month.
Overall, this felt like a breakdown in management and process rather than an issue with the staff themselves. If you’re considering a membership here, I would recommend getting clear confirmation of cancellation in writing and monitoring your billing closely.
