- CCCassandra Considine3 days ago1.0I am writing this review long after my experience because shortly afterward, a major family health crisis required all of my attention and resources. However, what happened at this location was serious enough that I believe potential patients should know. After having a significant reaction to methylated B12 during my first visit, I clearly informed the nurse, Alicia, that I could not tolerate it. For three consecutive weekly visits, we specifically discussed using a different form of B12. Each time, I watched her inject a clear substance into my IV line. On my fifth visit, a different nurse prepared to give me B12, but the syringe was a completely different color. When I questioned it, I was told that the alternative B12 I believed I had been receiving could not even be administered through an IV and had to be given intramuscularly. Yet my chart reportedly documented that Alicia had been giving me the original methylated B12. To this day, I do not know what was actually injected into my IV during those three visits. When I realized there was a serious discrepancy and asked for my IV to be removed immediately, my request was not honored. I was told the IV had to finish despite explaining my previous adverse reaction and the symptoms I expected to experience. I was offered a red light session afterward but received no meaningful response when I raised the issue of refunds or credits. Patients receiving IV therapy are trusting professionals to accurately document and administer substances directly into their bodies. Based on my experience, I would never return to Restore Hyper Wellness in Lake Mary, and I strongly encourage others to be extremely cautious.

I had called several times, spoken to the manager, Alisha, and left a message for the owner to call me, but I never received a response. I believe this is unprofessional. A few weeks ago, my husband wasn’t feeling well, and I thought it would be a good idea to send him in for an IV treatment. I looked on your website for availability, took a screenshot, and sent it to my husband. Unfortunately, he couldn’t make it due to his busy schedule. Later, I received a charge for the late show, which was $78 or $73. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I explained the situation, and she said she would look into it. She told me that I used to be a member in 2024 and looks like u booked on line but I explained the situation I explained that I had never booked the treatment. I just took a screenshot of my information andsend it to my husband to see if he make it on those time and he said no he can't. So I left it She apologized and said that she couldn’t refund me. I asked why my card information had to be in your system when I was no longer a member since 2024. She couldn’t answer and then I asked for the owner to call me. She said that the owner was not there and would get there the next day. I never heard from the owner, so I called back and spoke to the nurse, Alicia. Alicia explained the situation and was very helpful. She told me to talk to the owner and that she took my information to the give it to the owner. today, May 20, 2026 ans the incident happen on may 07 plenty a time to get acknowledgment and respond I still haven’t heard from the owner, and I’ve been charged for the late show. I haven’t received my refund for the glitch in your system. So people who use to be member make sure you check and the is no reason for your info and payment be in their system when u cancel your member ship ans meme era make sure to check youronetly charges cause I used to lots of issues with their billing

Infrared Sauna- Sweat it out! Unburden your body from stress, sore muscles and free radicals with an ancient practice designed for the modern age. Lay back, relax and unwind as your body burns calories and finds relief from inflammation. Release minor pain, accelerate athletic recovery, boost circulation and cardiovascular health - all in 40 minutes or less.
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
Infrared Sauna - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. Make sure to bring a bottle of water to ensure you stay hydrated throughout your session. Your first time will be 30 minutes and every future session will be 45 minutes. A shower will be available to you at no additional cost so you can shower after your therapy.
Red Light Therapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. Once you have arrived, a HWR will take you back to the room, set it up, and turn on the Red Light Therapy panels for a nice and relaxing 10-minute therapy.
mHbOT - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy. The first session is 60 mins in the chamber 80 mins total. Then you can choose from 60-90 mins. 90 mins in the chamber is 110 mins total. IV Therapy - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy. Snack recommended prior to service. Vitals taken prior to service IV Drip can take anywhere from 30-90 min depending on ingredients received IM Shots - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy.
Cryoskin- To prepare for Cryoskin services avoid exercising or doing anything that will raise your body temperature for 2 hours prior to the appointment and avoid eating/drinking any sugars, carbs, or alcohol 2 hours pre and post appointment. This is most important for cryoslimming results, but is also recommended for cryotoning.
Facial Services- For all facial services avoid using active skincare ingredients including but not limited to retinoids, AHA's and BHA's, and other exfoliants for at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Avoid excessive heat and sun exposure prior to and following your treatment and please inform your service provider if you believe you may be on any photosensitizing medication such as oral or topical antibiotics as you may be contraindicated for your facial service.

We believe a regimen of Core Services and IV Drips are essential to taking a proactive, preventative approach to your health — so you can feel your best and do more of what you love. A Level Up Membership gives you access to these modalities so you can use them regularly, and you can use it in a few different ways (use it as started: 8 core services or 2 base IV Drips, or mix and match and use it for 4 core services plus 1 base IV Drip.) Core+ Membership- One of each Core service per day Restore studios boast a loyal base of daily clients that utilize Cryotherapy, Compression, Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna to do more of what they love. A Core+ membership allows for that option and helps you save money. Unused credits expire monthly.
*All Monthly Memberships are for a three-month minimum commitment period and will automatically renew on a monthly basis until terminated or canceled (see Cancellation provision below).
