  Hannah is the most AMAZING stylist ever. The amount of care she takes with you in her chair and the way she converses with her clients has been the most top tier experience I have ever had in a salon. 10000000% will never use anyone else.

  Wonderful and professional experience. Felt good and left with some pep in my step. Hairstylist were extremely attentive to my needs. Can't wait until my next haircut!

  I have been blessed with Heather and she always does a great job on my hair! I usually get it short but she seems to make it more softer feminine look because i keep it short. I cant speak for the other girls because i have not used them but Kimberly is always an asset to any store she works in. Ive known her for at least 30 years but i have not had a haircut from her but she is one of the sweetest people. You should try anyone there and see what vibes with you..

  The person that did my daughter's hair. I am not sure of what her name was, but she was an Hispanic woman and shewas not gentle at all. I brought my daughter in for a simple wash and comb because I wasnt able to do her hair for a few weeks because my arm and hand pain that im currently going through. I was excited for my daughter who is only 11 to get a relaxing wash at the salon, but my daughter who is not picky felt that it was the most unpleasant experience she has had at a salon. The stylist was very rough during both the wash and combing out my daughter's hair. My daughter has curly hair and it needs to be sectioned off when combing and the combing should start from the ends and the work your way to the roots. The way she was combing was careless and upset me and my daughter and my daughter stated to me she wished we had the other stylist that were there to do her combing because they were combing alot more gentle than my daughter's stylist. The whole time the stylist just seemed like she didn't want to be bothered with my daughter's hair. We will not be back. All of the other stylist were friendly and it sucks that one stylist made our whole experience unpleasant. Not sure if it was because my daughter's type of hair isnt what she's use to doing.

  I went to this Hair Cuttery to get a mens haircut. Ms. Kim, a stylist, was the one who was available to help me as Ms. Hannah, my stylist, was not in the salon at the time. Prior to starting the haircut I asked Ms. Kim if she had read the notes in the system that were written by Ms. Hannah. Ms. Kim asserted that she did. During the haircut, Ms. Kim focused on talking a lot instead of doing a detailed, high-quality job. For instance, Ms. Kim should have used scissors on the sides near the top of my head but she did not. Ultimately, I got a haircut that I did not like. At the time of checkout Ms. Kim wanted to charge me $37 dollars, however, she was unable to do so since I had a $10 discount that I earned for having paid for six haircuts, which were done by Ms. Hannah previously. I strongly recommend that if you want to get a high quality haircut at this Hair Cuttery, then do not count on Ms. Kim.
