    Made an appointment online at 12:30 pm, received a text asking if the appointment could be moved to 1:00 pm instead, I said it was ok. While on my way there, I received another text asking if the appointment could be moved at 2:00 pm, let them know I was on my way. Got to the salon, they ask me if I can wait 20 more minutes, I complied. After the 20 minutes they asked me if I could wait another 20 minutes. I left. Why do they have a tool online to schedule an appointment if it’s not going to be honored? I understand their time is precious but so is mine.

    most horrific experience ever. actually was there for 2.5 hours for highlights. turned my hair platinum blonde then needed to wait so that i could be a brunette again . stylist kept telling me i changed prescriptions. i told her 4x im a homeopath - i don’t put man made drugs in my body
