Very disappointing experience. The front desk is extremely disorganized and routinely makes patients wait 10–20 minutes past their appointment time. However, if you're just a few minutes late, they strictly enforce their late policy without the same courtesy or flexibility. The level of customer service and hospitality was far below expectations. Because of this experience, I decided to cancel my membership.
I had high hopes for Couture Med Spa, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.
One of my biggest concerns is the lack of basic sanitary accommodations during treatments. Clients are not provided with a robe or other protective covering, so depending on the service, your clothing can end up covered in numbing cream and other products. This seems like a simple issue that should be addressed to improve both cleanliness and client comfort.
The facials included with the membership also felt very rushed. Instead of being a relaxing experience, the facial was performed with a gloved hand throughout the treatment, which made it feel impersonal and unpleasant. It felt more like the appointment was being rushed through than providing quality care.
I also spent a significant amount of money on laser treatments and injectables but did not see the results I expected. I personally did not notice a meaningful improvement from the laser treatments, and the injectables did not seem to last as long as those I've received elsewhere.
Another concern I had was during injectable appointments. Rather than receiving a professional assessment and recommendations, I was often asked by the provider which areas I wanted treated or what needed to be addressed. As a client, I found this confusing because I am paying for the expertise and guidance of a trained provider. I would expect a thorough evaluation and professional recommendations based on my facial anatomy and treatment goals rather than being left to determine what areas require attention.
The final disappointment came when I decided to cancel my membership. I explained my concerns at the front desk, but instead of feeling heard, I felt dismissed. The employee responded with what I perceived as a smirk and an attitude that made an already frustrating experience worse. I asked for written confirmation that my membership had been canceled, and I was told they do not provide any documentation. I explained that I wanted something in writing confirming the cancellation. The employee went to speak with the manager, but the manager never came out to speak with me or address any of the concerns I had raised.
After spending a considerable amount of money there, I left feeling that my feedback was not taken seriously and that customer concerns were not handled professionally. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Couture Med Spa.
I purchased a membership for $199 per month. However, under the new policy, members can only book one appointment per month or schedule an appointment only when they come in. As a result, I am missing my laser sessions, which need to be scheduled every six weeks for proper treatment.Because I am unable to book appointments in advance, I have now fallen behind on my treatment schedule. Could you please clarify how this will be handled?

I had a great experience at a med spa in Lake Mary! I’ve done tattoo removal, fractional laser, and Botox, and I’m very happy with my results.
Melinda is wonderful 💖🌸 very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout every procedure. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients.
Morgan welcomed me before the procedure and was extremely attentive and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. 🩷
I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality treatments and a caring team! 💗

What a crock of garbage. They charge your account without letting you know what you’re paying for.. then say it’s non refundable. Not happy. NOT signing up again.
Definitely makes it look fancy.
