  I had a great experience at a med spa in Lake Mary! I’ve done tattoo removal, fractional laser, and Botox, and I’m very happy with my results. Melinda is wonderful 💖🌸 very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout every procedure. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. Morgan welcomed me before the procedure and was extremely attentive and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. 🩷 I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality treatments and a caring team! 💗

  What a crock of garbage. They charge your account without letting you know what you’re paying for.. then say it’s non refundable. Not happy. NOT signing up again. Definitely makes it look fancy.

  Apparently you get a little bump for your 1st visit and when you go back in 2 weeks, it seems they take a short cut approach by only applying one shot & call it a day . I obviously wouldn’t go back and true impression is they advertise $7,97 which means they mixed it in . This isn’t my 1st rodeo , I would stay away from this place , and not recommending it to anyone . Go to the one charged $9,99 per shot with more expertise on site !!!

  I want to start by saying the front desk staff was absolutely wonderful—very kind, detailed, and welcoming. I was genuinely impressed and almost purchased the $299 monthly package because of how great that initial experience was with the front desk. The amount of removal or tattoo work I need and IPL treatment to remove scars. I was hoping I had results on my face like I did at the last place I went to. However, when I came back for my IPL treatment, the experience was very different. The appointment was extremely quick—I was out of the chair in under five minutes—and unfortunately, I didn’t notice any change afterward. In the past, when I’ve had IPL done, I typically get numbing cream and mild scabbing, and visible results that last several months. This time, there was no noticeable reaction or improvement, even after a full week. They didn’t numb me or even zap my face nearly like it should have been. I understand there was a fill-in provider that day, and I completely respect that. I do still have one IPL session left that my husband purchased for me as a Christmas gift, as we chose this location because it was close to the one I previously loved. I truly hoped this would become my new go-to place. I’m really hoping my next treatment will be a different experience and more in line with the results I’ve had in the past.
