She was great to speak with regarding my issues and concerns. She explained the current status of the health of my hair. She answered my questions and explained in detail what type of treatment would need to be done.

Kennedy helped me so much she cut it gave me amazing recommendations as well as helped me discover products that worked for me. If you need a new look and want it styled with out a doubt I recommend here. Non stop all day I've gotten compliments.

- LBLavish Beauty and BrowJul 27, 20261.0Extremely bad experience unfortunately. I could leave a long detailed review but just do yourself a huge favor and find a place with more experience. The higher price point here does NOT mean quality. Hair Extension, spent over 3k, had incredible pain and damage and root color did not match. Insane install prices. I received the same generic responses as they apparently leave to every bad review they get on here. The only positives I can say is that the stylist was sweet as a person, and the quality of the hair that was ordered was not bad. Just know that it’s not worth it if anything with your process goes wrong you will receive a generic response and not receive the help you need and you will not see any money back even when it is deserved.
