  Will never wear Guerlain again. I visited Dec 23, 2025. I walked in ready to buy multiple bottles and get them painted or engraved. An older woman, sales associate with short brown hair, named Flavia, approached me and asked what I liked. I particularly came in excited to smell Shalimar and Shalimar L'Essence in 2025, side by side in a Guerlain store for the 100th anniversary. I said this to the associate and asked for them by name. This lady literally stepped in between me and the fragrance, leaned into my face and said "Shalimar is not for you." I had to reach around her just to get a sample smell. I am a perfume collector and dancer from Las Vegas. Who else would it be for? Would have loved to have bought both to get painted and add to my collection, but now feel disgusted when I see it and am reminded of this experience. What's most disappointing is that my mom was with me. She is not interested in perfumes so I was looking forward to bringing her in to share with her. After this woman said that to me, my mom said she'd wait outside. When we met back up, she asked me, "was that woman rude to you?" I feel awful my mom had to experience that. Flavia made sure to tell the people behind me to stay as long as they wanted and smell as many samples as they wanted. Ok. Spend your money elsewhere. They told me to my face they don't want my money. What I want to buy isn't for me, right? I reported this store to Guerlain and they were pretty much useless in how they handled it. A regional person emailed me and wanted to "make contact." When I asked why, he said he wanted to know what would make it right, to call, and that I know how to reach him, and he hopes to see me in store (in Epcot...?). Well that sounds nice except I did call, and I did email back as well, and never ever heard from the guy again. Really nice. You tell me how to make it right. At this point I can never wear Guerlain without thinking of the poor treatment they gave me in front of my mother at Disney World of all places, during their multi-generational Guerlain campaign. Save your money and the disappointment.

  I was really looking forward to buying an engraved lipstick for myself and a lip gloss for my daughter. Unfortunately, I was ignored by staff. I waited until the store emptied out a bit only for them to tend to someone that came in after me. Once I was able to get someone’s attention, the employee was so condescending and seemed annoyed I wanted to try on a color of the lipsticks before I buy them. She explained it would stain my lips- which I understood. She kept talking down to me and asking if I understood. I was no longer interested in purchasing them because of the interaction. She followed me out of the store, asked me why I was doing this to her. She couldn’t let me leave upset, and guilt tripping me about wanting to leave. She took my stroller back inside the store and tried to sell me the lipstick. I went in to look for my husband so we could get out of there. Couldn’t find him and tearing up because I was so uncomfortable! She kept saying that it was because English isn’t her first language and spoke Spanish with me and said she is Brazilian and would never be rude to others. She finally let me leave after I walked away the second time. The customer service is awful. Disney guest services made it right and let me know this is sometimes an issue with third party vendors. I recommend skipping this location and going elsewhere!

  Liz Jessica was very friendly and greeted me right away, the other castmates were really nice and everyone had a very chill / kind vibe. She was very helpful and happy to explain anything to do with the items including price points of all of the beautiful products! She is a great salesman that spoke to all the other disney guests while I took my time deciding what I liked. I love my final engraved product!! What a special momento from Disney and I’m grateful I had such a nice lady to help me!
