  Had a bad experience only due to Al who works there. He was rude and I’m surprised he works for Disney. We had no trouble with anyone but him.

  Crying . My baby’s first birthday . He had the most beautiful hair! I asked for it to look exactly the same just cleaned up. I asked specifically for point cutting so it remained soft. PAT did the exact opposite of what I asked and destroyed his beautiful hair! She even took a razor to the back of his head and I never asked for that. Now it will grow back thick and straight. His bangs are completely uneven and chopped off. I’ve never seen a worse haircut in my life. I went for the experience and absolutely regret it. I should have trimmed it myself.

  We took our son for his first haircut at magic kingdom and it was a very beautiful experience. The staff knows what they’re doing! (Toys for distraction) such kindness and our one year old got a choir show with the other babies for their first haircut <3

  We got our son’s first hair cut here with Rosie and she did a phenomenal job, exactly what we wanted. The last too ladies were very nice but their haircutting skills were terrible. Yesterday was by far the worst one my son has gotten. I don’t remember the ladies name from yesterday, the second time I think it was Donna? I’m not sure but they can clearly look us up in the system to find out who they were. I wish there was a way to request a particular person. My son’s hair is very curly and I told them I wanted a SLIGHT trim, nothing shaved, edged, buzzed and nothing short. The lady yesterday did everything I said NOT to do. The top is super long, the left side is longer than the right side. He literally looks like a clown with the 3 parted hair piece. It’s so ridiculous and my stomach has been in knots since we left. I’ve cried 4 times because how insane he looks. Needless to say we won’t be going back anymore because they don’t listen and they just rush you out. Unless there’s a way to request Rosie, I won’t return.

  Went here on the last day of our holidays for a skin fade for me and my son, absolutely awesome we both love our haircuts, went in from a guy recommending them on Instagram! Very very impressed see you in a couple of years!
