Everything at Disney is worth it! Even a haircut... can be more magical. Check it off the Disney bucket list.. or add it to yours. Rosie was awesome! She gave me a perfect haircut and did everything to make the experience fun too. I walked right in and she was ready for my reservation (yes, you have to book a haircut 60 days out, but it's worth it). A few years prior, my wife trimmed her long hair with Diane! She got a healthy trim to remove the dead ends (~ 3 inches) and the haircut was perfectly blunt! They don’t wash your hair, but Diane took time to brush out the hair and make sure it was straight before starting the chop! They do a great job at adult haircuts. It is definitely not just for little kids and first haircuts. The place was not packed… with only three chairs there is always space to get photos and almost escape from the busyness of Main Street. Rosie was very knowledgeable about Disney World and was fun to talk to about our vacation plans. We were going out to a nice dinner at Coronado, so she put a single piece of pixie dust in my hair. She even pulled out some fun props for a haircut photo shoot. Diane moved quickly with my wife’s hair chopping it all in one layer to one length, but that’s all she wanted and needed. Do it. Enjoy being at Disney. Enjoy having fun.

The service was incredibly unpleasant. I took my two-year-old son for a haircut, expecting a wonderful experience. There was a 30-minute wait because I didn't have an appointment for that day. However, the exact opposite happened: the staff was surly and sour. After the 30-minute wait—during which I had been asked to wait outside—I decided to go in to see if we could be seen, since there was no one else inside; instead, the man there slammed the door in my face without any explanation.

Had a bad experience only due to Al who works there. He was rude and I’m surprised he works for Disney. We had no trouble with anyone but him.

Crying . My baby’s first birthday . He had the most beautiful hair! I asked for it to look exactly the same just cleaned up. I asked specifically for point cutting so it remained soft. PAT did the exact opposite of what I asked and destroyed his beautiful hair! She even took a razor to the back of his head and I never asked for that. Now it will grow back thick and straight. His bangs are completely uneven and chopped off. I’ve never seen a worse haircut in my life. I went for the experience and absolutely regret it. I should have trimmed it myself.
