  Every single employee working at Disney’s Magic Kingdom in July 2026 needs to shadow the ladies at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for an entire shift!!! 👏🏽These ladies did an absolutely phenomenal job from the moment we stood in line to check in. They were the true embodiment of Disney magic! They were friendly, welcoming, patient, organized, accommodating, and genuinely wonderful with the kids. They made our princess and prince feel like absolute royalty from start to finish. 👑 We got some of the BEST photos during and after our session. They created an experience that our family will remember for a long time. The ladies at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique deserve ALL the praise! They truly brought the magic. 💖🏰✨

  I was very disappointed with our experience at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. An employee named Sam rolled her eyes at my family and my child, which I found to be incredibly disrespectful and inappropriate. We came to the Boutique expecting a fun, welcoming, and magical experience for my child. Instead, the interaction with Sam made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. No family should feel like they are being treated as an inconvenience, especially during an experience that is supposed to create special memories for children. I understand that employees can have difficult days, but guests—especially children—should still be treated with kindness and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation so other families don't have a similar experience. Unfortunately, our interaction with Sam took away from what should have been a magical experience.

  You’re kidding me, right? $62 for a T-shirt, a foam sword, and a foam shield as the ONLY option for boys? What happened to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique? This experience has gone completely downhill and is a poor excuse for a “royal experience” for boys. Our appointment was at 6:50 p.m. We arrived early at 6:40 p.m., yet we still weren’t called until around 7:00 p.m., followed by another 10-minute wait before anything actually began. The service was incredibly slow, especially considering we had a reservation. To make matters even worse, when we expressed disappointment that there were no other boy costume options, the Cast Member actually told my son he could choose any outfit—even a princess dress. That completely missed the point. We were looking for APPROPRIATE royal options for BOYS, not being told to choose something that clearly wasn’t what we came for. A boy is a BOY. Not a GIRL. Disney used to create magical experiences for every child. Charging $62 for a T-shirt and foam accessories while offering virtually no variety for boys is incredibly disappointing. For the price and Disney’s reputation, families deserve much better. Sadly, this was one of the most underwhelming Disney experiences we’ve had.

  Our experience at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique 07/15/2026 for my daughter’s third birthday was nothing short of catastrophic. We arrived with high expectations for a magical milestone, only to be met with a complete failure of service from the moment we checked in. The front-end staff was inexcusably rude, lacking even the most basic professional courtesy, and the situation was compounded when they revealed they had failed to record our confirmed appointment. The environment was chaotic and dangerously overcrowded, with guests forced to sit on the floor due to a lack of seating. Despite being promised a maximum duration of 90 minutes, we were trapped in this disorganized environment for over three hours, ultimately forcing us to forfeit our scheduled time with the Fairy Godmother. Even when a supervisor finally intervened to assign a stylist, the service remained abysmal; the staff member was visibly bothered, impatient, and displayed an unprofessional attitude that made us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. What was intended to be a once-in-a-lifetime memory for my daughter was instead a profoundly stressful and disappointing ordeal. Given this utter lack of hospitality and organization, I cannot in good conscience recommend this experience to anyone.

  What was supposed to be a magical experience had a sour taste from the start. Our appt was for 4:15 and we arrived at 4. There was a literal hurricane outside the “cast” Refused to let us sit in the lobby and wait there and told us we had to come back even though our apt was in 15 minutes! I’ve attached a photo of the video I started to take. My daughter was crying because she was scared and they would not let us inside until after I started recording the video saying how ridiculous it was to make a paying customer wait in a hurricane.
