  First off let me say I was up at midnight 60 days in advance for the days were going to Disney and there was no appointments available. We thought she wouldn’t be able to get an appointment but Disney guest services said to check periodically to see if anyone cancels. He said things happen and plans change. And he was right. Three days before I was able to get her an appointment. My daughter went to the boutique and let me just saw how impressed my family was. The grandparents took her so I didn’t get to experience it myself but when they got back they had nothing but good things to say. When they got there, they arrived 20 minutes early. They checked my daughter in and got her back right away. My daughter said Abby was very nice and she loved the fairy godmother. She found a beautiful dress and shoes to match. The makeover went very well. The accessories matched her outfit and the hair accessories put in her hair were so beautiful. At the end, they even gave her something to cover her hair for rain. I was very impressed . Although it is over $200, the experience for her was well worth it.

  An absolutely magical experience! We visited Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for my daughter’s 5th birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. Every Cast Member was wonderful, kind, and incredibly welcoming, making her feel like true royalty from start to finish. Her stylist, Raquel, was exceptional. She made my daughter feel comfortable, kept her entertained throughout the entire experience, and treated her like a true princess. Her hair, nails, and makeup turned out absolutely beautiful, and my little one couldn’t stop admiring herself in the mirror. Her excitement and smile throughout the entire makeover were priceless. The entire experience was worth every penny and created memories our family will cherish forever. Thank you for making her birthday so incredibly special and unforgettable!!

  20 min in the waiting room, 10 minutes putting on and buying a dress, 45 MIN sitting on the floor waiting to get hair and makeup done. A fair few parents and kids were lining the floor waiting; felt like a sardine can made of princesses. Sadly, we had to leave 10 minutes into the styling for a dinner reservation. Was told this is normal...but I feel like it shouldn't be. Def not blaming the cast, all awesome people! This just feels like Disney trying to squeeze out a few more bucks.

  If you're thinking about it.. do it. You won't regret it. If you try to book and there are no openings, do not give up! Use a 3rd party service to monitor the cancellations for you (and there will be cancellations). I used mousewatchers and it worked out great. Cancellations were more common closer to the days of the appointment. I assume people book multiple times initially so they have flexibility to choose closer to the day of the visit, as there is no penalty for cancellations as long as they are a at least day in advance.
