  I honestly wish that I didn’t have to leave any stars because they don’t deserve even one star! This is the worst Sephora that I’ve visited in my life. The staff is not helpful at all. There were two ladies working in the store today and only one helping customers. The other lady that was there, I asked her for assistance and she put her finger up at me and told me that she wasn’t really there. I’m closer to this store but I’ll rather travel further to another location than to deal with the sales associates and terrible service at this location. Every time I go into this location the service is terrible!

  Desiree is such a good asset to the Sephora/kohls team. She’s extremely helpful and professional. I appreciate the assistance she provided me. Her attitude is stellar and I recommend to her management to provide a raise because of her commendable work ethic.

  Honestly, I hope management reads this and takes this serious. The middle age lady that works there is very rude. I’m a loyal customer of 2 years. And every time I go if she’s there, I always have a bad experience. No matter how much you hate your job if you are in customer service you should have a smile and be nice to customers and that’s coming from someone that works in retail. She never seems to want to help. Yesterday I went and was looking for a new perfume. That takes time so I was testing some. I asked if there was a bigger version of one I liked. She went and looked instead of pointing me in the direction and then handed me a box. So I continued to look at others just to make sure I really wanted that one. You know? Those things aren’t cheap. And she goes “I have to hold the big box up here” I get it if that’s policy. But she’s the only one that has ever told me that. And it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. What if I wanted to look around more and spend MORE MONEY???!?? She needs to be fired!! I was talking to one of my friends about it and she knew exactly who I was talking about. So it’s pretty bad that everyone knows that “grumpy middle aged women from Sephora”

  I had a bad experience in that place. Usually I help myself and hardly ask for help. And I tested the product I was planning to buy, but a few lip liner and eyeliner didn’t have a tester. So I found the product myself because it was nobody around to help and went to register to pay. But at the time when I was ready to pay I asked cashier if I can look at my product again to be sure that I got the right color and she say NO. You can’t look at eyeliner or lip liner because it’s the policy of the store. And I say I am not going to tested or try it, just look. She say NO you can’t open and look. I had product in the basket worth about $300-$400 and I just left half of the product on the counter and didn’t buy it. I told the cashier that it is very strange policy and I never had such a bad experience in any another Sephora in California or Florida. And I am professional make up artist and would never go to that store again. She wasn’t nice at all. It is plenty another Sephora stores around and I would definitely go to any another store but not that one.
