    Treated like a queen Diana is the kindest sweetest stylist I’ve ever had and I’ve been to many salons in my 50 years (I’m 65) now. Coloring and toning and styling my hair never looked better

    I have been a customer for over 10 years.. i have never had 1 stylist because of my schedule. I booked an appointment at 1245 today. Sat there and waited for 20 minutes after other people came in after me. Yep I had an appointment. Finally at 25 minutes. The lady who had been on her phone for 15 plus of those minutes came up and asked if I had an appointment. I said yes I checked in 20 minutes ago. Took me back at 1:05 and was done by 1:33 . Didn’t wash my hair because I was running late . Didn’t give me a discount still charged full price. The answer I got for not being taken back. I didn’t know seriously I was sitting right in front of you the whole time. Very disappointed

    Alan asked me what I wanted, walked me through figuring that out when I wasn't sure, and actually listened to me when I explained that I needed something that's foolproof to style. (That's rare! Usually some styling step happens that's pure sorcery to me and I never get it right again.) I'll definitely be coming back!

    I went on Tuesday to do a whole work in my hair, and the victim: Sahara, she took care of all my crazy ideas with perfection 🥹💗 I don’t have the before but TRUST ME. IT WAS BAD. The moment that I walked out of the salon I listened to a girl saying “omg her hair is so pretty” and this resumed everything. In the whole process she didn’t took her eyes out of me, always saying how does it look and letting me know about colors, cuts and everything. She is the sweetest, u can tell she’s a hard worker from miles away. I already told her but SAHARA, girl, thank u so much. Ur an angel. Hope to see u again w more crazy ideas. This unit always took care of me im so grateful for that.

    I had Gian for my haircut earlier this week and he was exceptional! He listened to what I wanted without judgment (my experience before has often been hairdressers trying to talk me into keeping my hair long, so it was a real relief,) and made me look spiffy and clean with efficiency and expertise. He was also super nice! I had a wonderful time chatting. Please give Gian a raise! I will definitely want to come back to this location in the future because of my good experience.
