    First off they set me up thru text and AI, I believe. Easy to schedule an appointment with “her” “LILY”. Everyone was very nice! The place was very clean The best for me was Gian 😉🤗. Not only did he listen to my wants and concerns. He tested my hair to do a color‼️🙏. So thankful for that, my hair would have fell Out. He gave me good tips on vitamins. He told me would only cut my hair today. I love my cut.

    Would leave zero stars if I could. I went in with lots of hair to work with. Showed pictures of what I wanted, which was a relatively simple cut that I often handle myself but don't like dealing with the back often. They proceeded to give me something completely different, frankly terrible. And cut the hair so short on the first move that the only way to salvage it will be basically cutting it all off myself. Then they charged for a "signature cut" as further insult. At least they convinced me to never waste money on other people cutting my hair again.

    Patrese is amazing and does a wonderful job on my hair. She goes anbove and beyond for me. Always on time and if something is not right she will always fix my hair.

    I went here for a simple haircut. Shannon did my hair. I got wash, cut, and blow with curls at the end. Everything went great and I left happy. When I got home and two days later washed and dried my hair, I noticed how uneven it was (back was even worse). Would not recommend or go back! What I asked for vs what I got

    I made an appointment and got a promotional discount. The receptionist acted like she didn’t know any appointment or promotion was going on. Realized there was a promotion and said I had to wait 45 minutes for a 5 minute haircut. Pass
